It took them 2 months to deliver our boxes (from USA to Europe), we had to pay extra $600 when picking up the boxes on top of the invoice and our TV was completely broken. They provide insurance, but this only covers total-loss (which they will not tell you), not individual items, so we lost another $500. In other words, they are extremly expensive, not reliable, their customer service is useless and very unnrofessional. Do not go with ShippingQuest!"
"I did a shipping from Miami to Colombia, they picked my goods up at time in my house at time, they were very serious, professional and nice people.Also they contact me all the time, I also could see the quotes online, check the tracking, in fact their website is super smooth, elegant and very easy to do a quote.
All the time I knew where my goods were thanks to the tracking service. Aaccording the price, it was fair for the job that they did. At the end my goods arrived in perfect conditions to Colombia.

We just received our Storage Trailer in Mexico. We used ShippingQuest to provide the service from St Louis MO. They took care of everything for us and it was very pleasure to work with them. My boxes arrived crushed and torn. Not plastic wrapped or anything. When you email customer service it takes over a week to get answer, They dropped the ball on job. Never informed us that partner company stopped shipping to Shenzhen PRC, Was left with 1500 lbs of stuff stuck in Hong Kong. Run do not walk AWAY from Shipping Quest."
"We recently used ShippingQuest to ship our goods to Cali Colombia. The entire experience was very good. Much like everyone else, we got our online quote and booked the order. Everything went very well, we were contacted by a ShippingQuest expert who walked us through the process, our labels and bills of lading were emailed to us and we were able to track our shipment until it arrived to the door in Colombia. The price was lower then everyone else that we have contacted and the service was fast. Within 4 weeks my boxes arrived. Everything was in the same condition. ShippingQuest agent cleared customs for us, we did have some fees to pay as was advised and expected and but seemed inline with the information we received. Over all we received a good service and we are very satisfied since we were very stressed out being it was the first time we shipped anything. ShippingQuest answered all of our questions, they were very professional and provided useful information to me.
We did correspond via email with them on many occasions and the response time is almost instant. So we do recommend ShippingQuest for international ocean shipping since we really benefited from the service and staff."

We recently use ShippingQuest to move our goods from Albany,NY to Manila, Philippines.
We worked with a customer agent at ShippingQuest. Our transit time was approximately 6 weeks and the goods arrived in 8 weeks.
Everything was moving excellent, The quote was about $800 and since we had more volume the cost increased a bit to $950 but that was expected since we added more boxes.
Since this was a door to port service I was required to clear customs, pay the terminal fees and collect my goods.
The terminal in Manila was super nice, attentive and my goods were handled very professional in with in 7 days my goods were cleared and ready for pickup.
Overall the service was excellent and the customer service at ShippingQuest is out standing.
Excellent online tools with great quotes. We highly recommend them to any who needs to ship internationally. BRAVO!!!

"Just got my stuff to Bogota! Last month we shipped our goods from Miami to Bogota. I found ShippingQuest online. I did my own quote online and booked the shipment The quote was for $983.65 My goods were collected the very next day. I Had less boxes so the final invoice was actually for $765.90. Once the shipment sailed I got my ocean bill of lading. I was tracking my shipment online and I was also in touch with the agent in Cartagena.
I clear customs, I has some duties and taxes but over all the service was super smooth and very professional. I actually spoke only time to a customer service rep and at ShippingQuest and they were very knowledgeable about the service and very professional. I highly recommend this company for shipping, they really know what they are doing."
"I can qualify that dealing with this company is by far the worst experience in my life. You call them, they give you a quote, then, they send you emails that contains additional cost between the lines requesting your confirmation. After they pick up your delivery, this is when it becomes reality that a customer is screwed. They send the bell of lading with almost double the cost. The problem is when I thought there must have been a mistake or I can reason with them, their true identity is uncovered. I sent them an email with my dissatisfaction, they sent me a reply with a threat. Please do not attempt to threat us with frivolous reviews as we have the tools, technology and power to ensure your name will be globally famous in ways you are not so proud of."
