"Got some genuine crystal replacement lenses for my Ray Bans. They took a couple of months to arrive here in Australia, but there was information on the web site that some parts took a longer time to source and there is the freight time, too.
Can't buy parts here so I've had a happy result. Price was reasonable.
I guess the only suggestion I could make is that if ShadesDaddy don't have the item in stock they could indicate a delay time for delivery at order time.

"My daughter had broken one of the arms/temples to her expensive Ray Ban glasses and we were about to toss them , when I came across Shades Daddy website. I was able to order the unique arms/Temples, but they had to be shipped from Italy, go figure. anyway it took a while for them to arrive but Shades Daddy kept me in the loop the entire time I was waiting and now we have her expensive sunglasses back to like new condition. Thanks Shades Daddy for your service, I would highly recommend trying to see if they have the part for your broken glasses before tossing them."

"I ordered temples using the number off the broken temple - RB 3269 004/58 for my Ray-Ban 3269s. They sent me RAM 2827 AB RC001 - which were wrong color and holes don't align with the frames. I asked if these were supposed to fit or did you send me the wrong thing. They never answered that question, just said send them back. I sent them back and received a note saying sorry and will have to order from Italy and it could take up to 5 weeks to receive but they will send when they get them. From that I assumed they had sent the wrong thing the first time. About a month later I receive in the mail - a new package containing RAM 2827 AB RC001. At this point I guess they are just wearing me down. $50 wasted. Not sure where to turn now. Maybe it is Ray-Bans fault because they split their production between china and Italy and parts are not always compatible. Maybe it is ShadesDaddy's fault because they don't care. Hard to tell. I'll give two stars for some effort???"
"I ordered a pair of Ray Bans...glasses are as sent as promised; they are real and RB quality. However, I ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange them. There is no phone # for customer service and per there policy I emailed them immediately to exchange. However I have not received the RMA to do so, and I am now forced out of there 15 day return policy. I have sent 3 e-mails and still no RMA. So if they don't help me out, I will have a pair of glasses I cannot wear. Customer service will only communicate via email- no phone calls- and minimum 24 hours to get a response. I gave 2 stars simply for price. I would have cancelled the order long ago if not for the price."
