"I ordered replacement shades in April and was told it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery since items are being imported from Italy. Three months later, I still had not received my order or an update from the company. I emailed them and was told "your order is still pending shipment because of a delay with the manufacturer in Italy. As soon as your order arrives we will ship it and send you a tracking number." It is now September and I have not received ANYTHING from this company. I definitely discourage anyone from doing business with them. I really wish I had done my research sooner."
