"Initially, everything went well. As soon as the actual sale started, it became harder and harder to talk to someone.
The entire process, start to close, was about 6 months. Lots of fees, however the worst part was dealing with Fidelity National Title of Hawaii. They tell you that you will get $599 back if they receive the signed paperwork within 5 days. What they don't tell you is, they start the 5 days when they send the paperwork to you from Hawaii. USPS takes almost a week to get the paperwork to the mainland, then it has to be notarized and returned (another week). I had the item signed and mailed off within 72 hours (their phone rep said that was fine), but they still refused the bonus as it was more than 5 days from when they sent it to me.
SMT was not to blame for that, but they do business with the company and it ultimately reflects upon them too!
UPDATE: Ben read my review and was able to get me the $599 that I was initially promised. He did not contact me about the issue until he had resolved it. I was very impressed with the fact the he read my review and then took the time to provide real customer service, rather than ignore me or come up with excuses.
I am very happy that I bought this timeshare and based upon the follow up, would highly recommend SMT. Still disappointed with Fidelity National Title of Hawaii, but very impressed with the work done by Ben of Sell My Timeshare. Great job and thank you."
