"I bought it as a birthday gift to my wife who has not seen it yet. had this installed last night and I also had all the goodies installed with the radio (back-up cam, carplay, SAT radio,etc.) and it all works without any issues! Alought I had it hooked up by a friend who installs this stuff professionally so I had it done cheap and done right the first time.... My wife is very pleased....... finally very busy trying to figure out all the radio functions!
Of course I am quite satisfied with the price. Touch screen is accurate and responsive soon, sounds great, eaquilizer presets for days. Display is greats and you can match the button colors to your interior."

"I bought this indash car stere to install in my car along with a back up camera. It works perfectly! I did the entire installation myself after reviewing a Youtube tutorial of a guy doing the same thing. It works perfectly. I did not wire a sub into it, but plan on doing that in the next month. the unit powers on quickly, and by the time I am buckled in and ready to put it in reverse, this shows the backup camera image after finish revese wire to car’s 12V reverse light. So this unit boots up quickly. It's intuitive and pairs quickly to my phone. I haven't had it long, so I'll post another review if anything goes wrong."

"Today I finish installing this deck in my car and so far so good. I purchased this stereo because I see the product information and customers told me it was this years model and had several updates/upgrades over the previous year. The install was easy and sound quality is excellent.
It was easy to customize the colours to match my interior and most settings seem pretty intuitive. The AppRadio Live app is cool as you get free GPS via your phone etc but it's a very different platform than the rest of the system so it's a whole additional thing to figure out.
Drawbacks: takes about 10 seconds to resume BT audio playback on startup. I'll update as I get to know it better."

"Ordered the item on 13.11.2018, it stated Processing Time: 1 - 5 business days.
After the first week, customer service responded to my inquiry, saying that they are still processing the order and asking for patience. Same the week after. I gave them a couple more days and then requested a refund because they failed to fulfill my order. After that they stopped responding to my emails altogether. Went to PayPal to file a claim, after few days seller posts an Invalid tracking number through PayPal case (still no updates on their webshop), PayPal confirmed that the tracking number is invalid so I am getting my refund luckily. On their website my order is still saying "Processing". Worst experience ever, will never shop there again, stay away!

"I purchased a 10.1 head unit for my 2015 Jeep JKU and the unit did NOT arrive as promised even though I paid an extra amount ($130.00 USD) for fast shipping (the unit did NOT ship in the advertised 24s per their website & the order conformation email). But, it did arrive. The install was not bad, but theres NO directions included, just their crappy website and the dependence on research of Youtube vids. Their tech support is NON-EXISTENT!!!! The unit works fairly well, but the audio controls do NOT work. It's impossible to get the balance, fade and EQ changed for a better sound in my Jeep. The on screen indicators show the changes, but NO OUTPUT change occurs. Seicane does NOT respond via their horrible tech support channel.........email.

I do like the large screen size and the potential capability of this unit......but, I'm going to find another head unit solution for my Jeep and get this unit replaced immediately. I guess I'll have to challenge the order with Paypal (since Seicane only accepts paypal) because the unit is defective and Seicane will not help!!

"Experienced a failure after 7 months. Every time I get to the point in support email where they would need to send out a replacement, they never reply again. I start a new claim, and they do the same thing. They keep telling me that I have too many apps installed. I only had Waze and Spotify. and Spotify had no songs stored on the internal memory. This is a very Shady company who needs to be investigated and closed by the FTC. I also received what I believe is a slang term when I kept asking for a replacement unit. I sent them videos, pictures and would talk for a few days till I asked if they would be able to warranty the unit. Factory reset unit and I only have 4gb of space. That is the PARTITION SIZE FOR THE DATA ANDROID PARTITION. My best guess is the memory controller recognized that there where parts that where bad and locked me out. "

"It arrived almost 10 days after the scheduled, but the radio was easy to install, despite the difficulties to disassemble a mercedes benz. The wheel controls was recognized without any adjustments. As an Android device it is easy to use. I'm very satisfied. Let's see the durability.
