"I purchased a used CPAP unit from Secondwind which has a six month guarantee. At six months, the sound it made began to vary thus interrupting my sleep. They replaced it twice with units that did not pass the smell test (cigarette and dryer sheet odors) since I do not do odors very well. Third time was a charm when a brand new DreamStation quickly arrived. In sum, if every vendor offered such friendly attitude and wonderful service, the world would be a much better place!

The Owner worked with me to get me the gear I need at a price I can afford. He was mannng the chat function on the 2nd Wind website. Mark is a trained respiratory technician...how often do you get an actual business owner on the chat feature of a website that is a clinical expert?!? That uses a C-PAP himself?!?
The answer is you don't...what a concept. Jim, that also handles the chat feature, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you have questions, these people have accurate answers...
