"I had my doubt about buying a refurbished HMD Auto Z1 but the price was in my budget. The Z1 was promptly shipped. It looks brand new & operates great. Whether you call or chat online you're talking with a store employee not a 3rd party. The Z1 has a reputation of being noisy, and it is. My Resmed Autosense noise level is 17db (whisper). The Z1 without a muffler is 19db. Those extra 2db sound like a you're in a wind tunnel. I brought a Z1 muffler which lowered the noise level equal to my Autosense. The Z1 should not be purchased without this muffler. I'm very happy with Secondwind CPAP & would recommend them to others. "
