A Great Product Delivered As Promised!

"I used Leisure Pro full-body rash guards in the past and had to reorder using Scuba.com this time. My order was delivered on time as promised in the safety of my security mailbox, so no porch pirate issues. Got what I wanted and very happy with the entire process. Above and beyond!

"I was in a tight spot after another retailer sent me the DIN rather than yoke version of a regulator I had ordered. Leisure Pro (Scuba.com) went out of their way to dispatch it the same day even though I had missed that day's shipping cutoff, and it arrived within 18hrs, meaning I would have it for my trip. They've definitely got a lifelong customer here!"

Prescription snorkel mask

"Ordered a prescription snorkel mask for our son, in preparation for a trip to Florida. Ordered 3 weeks early, to assure that we would receive it in time. Order kept getting delayed. Nobody reached out to me from the company, I always had to initiate contact. They assured me that it would arrive the day before we left and that they would overnight ship it to us (at their cost). Again I heard nothing until I called them, customer service rep said that the shipping department was closed for the night but that they could get it to me in 3-4 days.... mind you this is the day before we are supposed to leave. I’m so furious! Now my son won’t be able to snorkel, and if he does he won’t be able to see much. This company should NOT be in business. I would NOT buy from this company unless you have 6+ weeks to sit around, calling them, hounding them and still not getting your order."

Dont buy from this company

"Bought 2 items, they claimed they shipped. Tracking was impossible. I called countless times requesting a refund. Got blown off everytime. It has now been over 3 weeks and I still cant get a refund. They keep sending me a tracking that was last updated 4 days ago with no updates. "

Don't count on the stated delivery dates

"As stated in other reviews, scuba.com tends to sell items that are not in stock. As a consequence, the estimated delivery dates shown during the checkout are total fiction. The good thing is that after the order is placed they inform quickly that the delivery date has been updated, and give refunds quickly. Still, ordering there may come out to be a waste of time."

Don't even bother

"They sell you stuff that is not in stock. Then the order just sits there. When you call, they offer to take off the "backordered" item, but still no shipping... Ended up cancelling."

No delivery of ordered items

"First time ordering. Ordered a wetsuit on June 22. Received emails every week for 4 weeks saying it was on backorder and would be delivered no later than a week from now. Finally requested order cancellation and a refund on July 12, which, to their credit was processed the same day. Never received any further response, explanation, or anything.

I suspect they mostly dropship and can't actually do anything about delayed shipping. Which means they probably can't do anything about warranty/service/etc either. I definitely won't be ordering there again.

Not free shipping like their website said it would be.

"Website said free shipping for the item I ordered, but after placing the order I received an e-mail saying I would have to use their Amazon storefront to complete my order and would have to pay $10.95 shipping.

JET Customer Service from Scuba.com is Second to NONE!

"I ordered a dive mask for a dive trip and found out very quickly from their immediate response that the item was back ordered. Since the new arrival date was after my dive trip, I contacted customer service at scuba.com. They not only upgraded me with a new in-stock mask, they sent it to me via Priority Mail, with NO additional cost to me! After only 2 1/2 days, I received the mask today 5/16/2018, and it fits perfectly, with plenty of time before my trip. Scuba.com brings a whole new meaning to the term "Customer Service". I plan on continuing my relationship with Scuba.com for all future purchases. "

Be prepared to pay shipping on returns

"I ordered dive fins in the size recommended (Same as boot size). Spring straps caused them to be too small. I had to pay $14.95 to ship them back! Will not use this company again."

what a bunch of liers!

"I ordered several items on scuba.com yesterday 12/20/2017. I ordered 6 items for a total of 467.85 USD.
I only did it as their website said that they would deliver NEXT DAY by 10AM if I had selected the "TOMORROW BY 10AM" option.
I did it and that added 42.95 dollars to my total. I did not like it but alas.... it was my choice and I needed those articles BEFORE XMAS.

First, they came back to me saying that they had contacted my Credit Card company and their records do not match the billing address i provided which is total BS as I only have one address and i always use the same one for ALL my purchases online. They asked me to use Amazon Pay instead which again I did and the funny thing is that Amazon Pay uses the same exact card with the same exact billing address I gave them in the first place. Clearly somebody at this shop has got an interest in funneling all on-line purchases via Amazon Pay....

Second, after a few hours that I had successfully paid for my orders and received prompt confirmation for it, I received a second email from scuba.com saying that (copy paste):

9:03 PM (15 hours ago)

Dear Diver,
We are holding your order number 20847286 for this item "One or more of the items ", which has been back-ordered from the manufacturer until 01/08/2018 and we expect to be able to ship the same day.

There is no reason to contact us unless you need your order before your new delivery date which will be on your door no later than 01/09/2018.

If you then have further questions please contact one of our Certified Scuba Instructors at 800.34SCUBA or ****@****

WTF??? You promise on your website to deliver before XMAS, actually to deliver TOMORROW by 10AM, you charge me additional 42.95 dollars for it and then you send me an email saying that items will NOT be delivered before 01/08/2018???

This is BEYOND unfair. This is LYING to customer to lure them into ordering via your website to get it before XMAS even if you know you can't do it...

SHAME ON YOU, SCUBA.COM. You are a fraud. You lie to your customers. You mislead your clients. You betray them. There is NOTHING worst than that.
