"I ordered a set of XL fins for an upcoming trip and was ecstatic when the package came to try on my new fins. When I opened the package I was disappointed to find a pair of XXL foot pockets (no blades) from a different kind of fin. I am not sure who is running their warehouse but I don't understand how one could mess up this badly to get the wrong size, the wrong item, and not even an item that is the same type as the one that was ordered. I called the customer service number to explain my problem along with how I had bought the fins expecting to be able to use them the following week for a trip. The rep that answered spoke broken English and showed no empathy for my situation when I explained the wrong item had been shipped and I needed a new pair of fins. I contacted customer service again via the online chat option and explained my situation to another employee. This one said that a manager would be in contact with me via email or phone shortly. 24 hours later and no one has contacted me. Worse yet, I was told the item I ordered is no longer in stock and that they can issue a refund but otherwise do nothing for me. When companies mess up this badly I expect them to at least make an attempt to fix the situation (offer free expedited shipping for another pair of fins, give me a discount, offer an apology). I would advise taking your business elsewhere given how badly their warehouse and customer service staff handled this situation. "
