"We were facing serious a environmental problem and Santa Clara Systems came thru with the parts EXACTLY as they promised. Would I use them again - Absolutley! They had it in stock and shipped immediately and we received it when they promised. As much as I dislike saying it not all vendors can match their promise with their actions but Santa Clara did and I am confident they will again. THAT is what is critical to us when a process is 30% crippled and we need a part.
