"They said they had a part that we needed so we ordered it. There was a small fine print foot note that said that stock is not guaranteed. What? So they just advertise random parts and hope they have them? Sure enough they did not have the part and sent us an apology email and gave us $7 off our next purchase with them. "

"Although the product was not exactly as described they actually discovered the problem before it arrived and offered me a full refund and a discount on my next purchase. Since the discrepancy was not an issue for me, I got to keep the product AND THE DISCOUNT :) Fantastic customer service!"

"Sale Stores had a hard to find item for me! It was shipped promptly, solved my problems and then on top of it they had GREAT personal customer service! I mistakenly thought there was a problem, WE resolved it...it was NOT a problem with the item or store, but they stuck with me the whole time (emails back and forth). GREAT customer service...I was amazed! Will definitely purchase from Sale Stores again and will tell friends about them!"

"Very unpleasant experience. Order 2pr Cobra CXR900 walkie talkie. $53.57/pr plus shipping. One pair worked OK, other was defective. Returned defective repair at our expense, and replacements were sent. Again one of the handsets was defective. Offered to replace, again at my expense. I declined because they had two chances and still couldn't make right. Was given return authorization and then they charged me restock. At the end of the day, I'm out more than $50 in shipping and restock fees.

These guys are either incompetent or crooks. Either way, learn from my experience and run as fast as you can from Sales Stores/EOS.

"The very high level of customer service (particular Gio) has made a believer and customer of me. Sale Stores' prices and selection are great values for the quality delivered. Speaking of delivery, on my initial order, it was a bit slow. However, a single call to Customer Service immediately got things on track. Excellent follow-up!"

"I was buying a freezer for my lab through our purchasing department. After almost 2 weeks, they came back and said that they were not prepared to honor the shipping cost stated in the receipt. We have to pay an extra $80+. Thanks to this unreliable company, we wasted precious time in setting up our lab.

Update: The company called and confirmed that a cancellation (out of stock) was issued the day after my purchasing dept made the order, but the latter had failed to notify me.

"Superb! Over the top customer service!
That is the only way to describe the way I have been treated by Sales Stores.com. Over the past year and a half I have had three separate great experiences with this fine on-line company. The most recent great experience was about a return of piece of equipment that I had gifted to my elderly father in a separate state from where I live.
Not only did they replace the equipment without any question, they responded over the weekend and they had the new product in route to my father within 24 hours of my conformation of the shipping address which they already had correct from my previous records of past purchases.
Words don’t adequately describe how I appreciate the amazing thoroughness and speed with which this entire process was handled. The thoughtful and kind approach that Benjamin exhibited is very rare in the “today is not soon enough” world that we all exist in. I recommend Sales Stores.com with the very highest rating possible and encourage anyone to bring your online business needs their way.

"If you order something, they won't necessarily fill the order. Once they get the order, they then try to find a source for it. On my order, they couldn't find a source at the price they sold it to me for so they canceled the order only AFTER I waited 5 days and then asked them about it. I shouldn't known better than to order computer parts from a site that sells bikinis."

"I ordered an MSN wireless keyboard for my 80 year old mother from Sale Stores through Amazon. I got an e-mail with the expected arrival date and it showed when it said it would.

But my mom said it did not work. Pre-installed batteries had corroded the connections. Uggh! I send an e-mail to the seller ready to go through a long process of verification, shipping label info, etc. My mother, in a town 20 miles away could not really handle these details.

I got a response from a person. Not a form letter from an unnamed "Customer Service Rep", but a real note from Benjamin. It started out with an apology and ended with a "so we shipped you a new one., Keep the old one in case you can get it to work". New one showed up, it works great and all is well with the world!! Even got a follow up note to make sure all was OK.

Stuff happens. Understood that some items may not be 100%. But to resolve it so well- with personal touch, an apology and efficient replacement speaks to a culture of service that many would envy.

I am totally satisfied with the experience I got with this company.
