"I ordered a rotary washing line from an online retailer and a soil spear from Sale Stores/ EOS Trading Corp. I had an email a few days later saying: We regret to inform you that nor we nor our suppliers have stock of the item you ordered. The product has been discontinued and we cannot get them any more, so we will remove it from our web site shortly. The database reindex is done every few days, the product might still appear until the next reindex. So these guys have a website that sells items they do not even have in stock?! My washing line is useless without this item so this is a very inconvenient for me. I would advise anyone needing to buy from them to call in their order and avoid using the website."

I was been looking for some special markers for a while with not luck, finally I found it at Sale stores at a great Price.
Actually I need a bunch of stuff for my art clases, but wanted to give a shot and try to buying some elemental things.
So I choose this seller and I have to say that Im very impresed, they had a great offer on the ítem I needed but most of all they have a wonderful customer service.
I had to contact them cause I needed to change the delivery address, and they had no problem with that, they just fixed everything, E-mail communication from them was clear and timely, they shipped my ítem in less that three days and delivered in under a week. I got my stuff quite soon and in a perfect condition.

"To be honest, I buy 99% of what I buy online from Amazon, because I have their PRIME membership that make it super convenient to order products and receive them in 2 days with Free Shipping. Hard to beat!
In this case, I just didn't find the product I was looking for on Amazon. So, other than going to physical stores on a treasure hunt, I decided to look using Google Shopping.
This store wasn't the lowest priced, but it was the lowest price store that had ratings (there were a few others with no ratings at all and I am scared of those).
So, I placed my order. I received tracking info in a couple days and the product arrived 2 days after that. It was shipped to me by some other Company (probably their supplier) but it was exactly what I needed.
I had a question about it so I called their Customer Service. They initially didn't know the answer but a nice lady told me she would investigate and get back to me with the answer. A copule hours later she emailed me the answer (she called the Manufacturer for me).
I don't know if I will abandon Amazon for this new store, but I will surely consider them in the future if Amazon doesn't have another product."
"What a nice surprise and a RELIEF to receive my product so efficiently!! I had ordered the same product from an old Nationwide store. I was promised the product in 8 - 10 working days. After 6 weeks, and several calls later, the order never showed up (bathroom vanities....NO sinks in 2 bathrooms)!! The Sale Store had a great record on Amazon so decided to try them!! I received the product, exactly the same 2 bathromm vanities, within one week!! Pricing was so great, I was able to order matching mirriors and, even with the added 2 mirrors and shipping, the price was almost $100 less than the other vendor! Thank you SO MUCH!

"Two years ago I purchased an LG washer and dryer from a local Wyoming merchant. I didn't get the pedestals at that time as it would have delayed the order a few weeks and I was without a washing machine. This summer I wanted to get the pedestals and found that that model was discontinued. I tried another parts store who sent me a generic brand even though they had promised that they could get the correct model of LG pedestals. I had to send those back. Then I found Sale Stores online and they assured me that they could get the correct pieces. I took a chance and I'm glad I did. I just want to let you know that my laundry pedestals arrived today. They are EXACTLY what I wanted and what I ordered. The boxes were a little beat up, but the pedestals had been packed well and they were just fine. I got some help to install them and I am thrilled. The information posted on the web site was very descriptive and made it easy to know I had the correct product I was needing. The photograph of the unit was fine but didn't help in verification for matching the transducer I was replacing. The selection was made solely by the product description. Your price was excellent, the closest competitor wanted 10% more than what I paid, some other sites were outrageous with there prices. I received the unit sooner than I expected, tracking information was appreciated.
The unit was installed and tested with no issues to report, the transducer was recognized by the 300TX that it was connected to, the only thing left is to try it in the water.
I am very pleased with my purchase and overall experience with SalesStores.com and will definitely come back to the web site and recommend it to others

"For our grand opening from our new studio we needed a Mount for our 60-Inch TV and found a nice OmniMount UCL-XB Mount in Google Product Search and Sale Stores was with position 2 or 3 one of the lowest in price.
We placed our order on 11/3 and on Friday 11/4 i got a email stating that the OmniMount UCL-XB was discontinued by the manufacturer and got replaced by the ULPC-X.

"My brother recommended me this store after he was able to buy some difficult to find items there. I only saw one of the five items I was trying to find but when I phoned they told me they would try to find the other four. Shortly after I received an email from them listing three of the four items. They also found out that the fourth one was discontinued and indicated its replacement model. I was able to purchase all five items from them. Although I was previously able to find two of the five items on other merchants, this was the only one where I could buy all of them from a single website with a single payment. Depending on the item, prices were slightly or significantly lower here."
