I saw the reviews from other people and don’t agree at all with the rudeness and bad intension of some of the comments. This is for those who feel they have the right to destroy some else's business just because they did not get what they wanted, at the price they wanted it... Please be more responsible when instigating other people to give bad reviews about a company to try to take them out of business, you are no one to decide whether or not a company can be part of Google or any other product search web site. Of course a company that sales all these different products will not have them all in stock and some of the information might not be updated on the web site. It is stated on their web site that the products will be delivered directly from their provider and that prices are not guaranteed. This is very clear to me!
It is OK to give your opinion and help others decide whether or not to work with a company, but it is NOT OK to try to destroy a company's reputation or to try to take them out of business.

The important thing is that if a product listed is not available, they will help you find something similar or the new version, for the most affordable price. "This is a business with a phantom inventory.
Was looking for an item that happened to be on their website, of course the price was just incredibly low. Who in their right mind wouldn't want to take advantage of a low price item. Well call them to confirm stock, and after being held on hold for about 10 minutes or so, was told that item was not in stock.
Just out of curiosity, I looked for other items on their website that I thought had incredibly low price, called them back and again was told no stock, then asked about 3 more items and all were not in stock. After the fourth item, the person on the other line got smart and figured i was only checking for stock, quickly hung up on me.
So, like the other reviewers have said, stay away from this company as you will only waste your time."

"DID THIS COMPANY CANCEL YOUR ORDER? HERES HOW TO GET THEM BANNED FROM GOOGLE!

I ordered an impulse sealer from this company after finding the product on Google Product Search. They were well below the next closest price, and I jumped on it.

Only after I made my order did I start to notice something wasn't right about this company's business practice. In their FAQs and ABOUT US pages, they go on and on about how they might not have items in stock, and they make no guarantee of availability. I tried calling to confirm my order, however nobody answered and I had to leave a message (which my call was never returned).

So no big surprise when they finally emailed me three days later and said the order had been cancelled by them. Good thing I know how to fight back, and if this has happened to you, you can fight back too! The trick is to get these guys permanently REMOVED from Google Product Search. This is very easy to do.

Simply report the item you tried to buy to Google! Takes only a few minutes, and after only a few complaints, Google will suspend their account. If they do it again, Google will permanently ban them and they will go out of business. Recently Google has taken drastic steps to improve the quality of their Product Search engine, and need people like you and me to notify them whenever a company fails to follow their product submission guidelines.

So here is what to do: Tell Google!

"DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS 'COMPANY' Ordered a projector and gave credit card info. After a three weeks of nothing, wrote back, and received no response for another week. Finally a response came today saying that the credit card didn't go through (can't believe that) and that we needed to wire transfer the money. Oh - the message also stated that the merchandise ordered was now the old model, so recommended the new model (bait and switch?). Tried to call their number, got voicemail on every extension except sales. Finally talked to "Ralph" in sales (heavy, heavy accent - hard to understand and I live and work overseas and deal with all kinds of languages). He said that we could call back, or wait on the line for ten minutes to talk with someone. We bought at Amazon instead. I would NOT recommend this 'company.'"

"OUTSTANDING Customer Service. I ordered a translator that we needed quickly for a trip after we found out a downloadable app would not work on our phone in Europe. They quickly responded to my desperate pleas in my email, found the product could be shipped immediately and followed up all the way through the transaction and we received the product 2 days before our trip! "First the positives: they are genuine business, are not a scam, and their salespeople seem genuinely interested in trying to help. For the right price, they'll probably ship you a decent product.

Then the negatives: NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR ADVERTISED PRICES ARE NOT FOR REAL.

I've tried to order twice, and both times have been told flimsy lies that the item I've ordered is no longer available, when in actuality it's available but just not at the price that they display. After you give them your credit card information, you'll get an automatic email telling you the real story, which is that you've committed to making at purchase at their option, that they'll try to get back to you in two business days, and that the prices are not guaranteed. You have not placed an order, nothing is being shipped to you, instead, you've just locked yourself down while you wait for them to get back to you and tell you the actual price is $100's of dollars higher.

To their credit, they essentially tell you this in their FAQ. And they are very clear after you've placed you've given them your credit card information. They are genuinely apologetic on the phone. They aren't fraudulent, just slimy. Now if only I could get them removed from all the price search websites so I could avoid ever being tempted by their lies.

AVOID THEM IN PREFERENCE OF ANYONE ELSE!"
