"We ordered a "Pro 7 Pin to 4-Pin S-Video with Audio, 24ft" cable for $28 shipped. This is an s-video adapter that has 7 pins on one end and the standard 4 on the other. Order was placed at 4AM shipper's time on 12/31.
The item was not shipped until 1/5, and it arrived on 1/7. Coincidentally, this company's policies state that any order discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of the *invoice* date. So I was given mere hours to discover and notify that we had received the wrong cable. I didn't know about this fine-print at the time, so I didn't end up meeting the policy. They had sent us a standard 4-pin cable, not the 7-pin to 4-pin type. Quality of cable was good, but not the one we needed.
I discovered the problem on 1/8 or 1/9 (don't remember if it was 1 or 2 days after receiving it). I then found the 7-day-from-invoice clause in their return policies, but tried emailing them anyway. I never got any responses. It's not a total loss, but its not the cable I was looking for.
To sum up: Slow shipping, wrong item, no response to emails, sheisty return policy. I've seen better."

The person I spoke to said that it had shipped on time, and that he understood the urgency of receiving the part in time for the Super Bowl. He sent out a replacement using express mail at no charge to me and the USPS just dropped off the part on a Sunday with plenty of time to spare before the game starts.
