Received conformation of order and that was the last communication from vendor.
Checked on order on 12/23 since it had yet to come, and it showed cancelled.
Contacted vendor, informed him of this. He stated that he was not online so he couldn't tell me why it was cancelled but he assumed it was declined.
Let him know I needed this and felt he dropped the ball by not letting me know it would not ship despite a confirmation email.
He said he didn't care.
Asked for manager and he stated that I should quit "bugging him" and that he was the owner.
Mentioned reselelratings.com and he said he "didn't bother with that BS".
I'd highly advise against purchasing from this vendor.

"I purchased an Svideo to 3RCA converter. I was entering the info and accedentally put the wrong CC exp date in the field, well i realized it and corrected the error, but it had already double ordered. Being 11:30pm on a sunday night there was no one at their number. With labor day weekend coming up I figured I would have to wait and try to avoid that other one shipping on tuesday. Think NOT! I got an email not 3 hours later from them inquiring about my 2 orders and wondering if the second was a mistake. I explained what had happened and they promptly cancelled the first order without making a charge. I do highly reccomend Svideo.com. I know that albeit small, I will send my future Svideo cable needs to Svideo.com. On top of service shipping was cheap $3 with US postal priority, and the order was processed promptly and shipped. They seem like a company with their act together."
