"I got caught in a jam trying to buy an item that had a short rebate over a holiday weekend. I realized I would not receive the product in time to submit the rebate form.

Sent an email to sales office explaining my problem. I was hoping to merely return the unopened item without a restock fee.

Instead, they went way above & beyond and reduced my cost to the rebated price!

"Placed an order for 2x512 Corsair DDR333 CAS2 memory modules. Pricewatch had it as $131 per item + free delivery. On their site it was $181 for each + $10 for delivery. I mentioned pricewatch as required and had been given pricewatch's deal at no time, prompt and without any hasle. Moreover, I've order things on this day from unitedmicro, z-buy, fticomputers, enpc and a2zcomp companies. Of all these companies only z-buy has arrived earlier with their 3-days FedEx. Not to mention that I had to pay shipping cost in all these cases. Bottom line: top-notch service, prompt and quick response, great prices. I'm very pleased especially after reading all these negative reports below. I've had a totally positive expirience and if I find another sweet deal on pricewatch I'll do business with them without any hesistation."

"Placed the order on the April 31st and the price was different than seen on Pricewatch. Firstpage said just add comments to the order and they will adjust the price. Next day the email saying the price I quoted was wrong (wish I would have taken a screenshot). Since it was only 4 dollars more I bent. Then it did not ship until the 9th of May (arrived 13th). Then find out the sent the wrong board KR7A Raid, instead of what I ordered (KR7A 133 Raid). After emailing them the 17th they promptly replied to me saying that I Abit had changed S/N's and other BS. I replied the 18th insisting that they change it (after providing links to Abit, and even on THEIR on website the pictures displayed show clearly the wrong board was sent). No reply, so I wait and call them Monday 20th and I am told I must submit an RMA request (why, this is not an RMA situation, its an exchange?). I cave and submit the RMA request on their website (says must wait 2 - 3 days for response! calling is not an option!) By Friday no response and I had had enuff, so I called sales and demanded a Mananger. Ofcourse I was told he was out until the afternoon (LOL?) but that the kind person on the phone would try and help me. I insisted to speak with the manager and would wait, then he said he handled RMAs (!) and could possibly help me. LOL Explained my situation and he says he had just got to my RMA request just now (apparently he was sick the last four days). Apologizes (cant help but feel the insincerity here) and says he will ship it out that day and email me the tracking number. Ofcourse that doesnt happen, but it does arrive in 3 business days. With a paid return label so I can return the mis-shipped item. GAH!!!! I will NEVER buy from these incompetents again!"

"I was also enticed by this vendors low price on Siluro Geforce 3 Ti 200 cards. I will never buy from a lowest-priced vendor again, and especially not this one. As indicated by other comments: The cards are not necessarily new -- my static guard package was also open. I have had greatly increased rate of crashes since switching to this card, during high graphics load operations. The card is not overclocked and the latest drivers are installed. I suspect the card is defective, but what would be the point of dealing further with this vendor trying to get a replacement that is probably also defective. Also, shipping takes 3 weeks, despite being charged and advertised as UPS Ground - I think it is some special low-priced deal with UPS that ships on a "space available" basis, and this vendor is making a huge profit on the shipping charges. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR."

"Ordered a case on evening of 4/22. It showed in stock.
4/23 I checked the order status. There was a note saying I received the pricewatch price and would receive an email with tracking info shortly. Btw, my credit card was charged on 4/23.
I waited, and waited.
Finally, I called them on 5/1 (a week later). The recorded message said for tracking info you MUST email them. So I sent an email.
On 5/6 I had not heard from them, so I sent another email. On 5/7 I received an email with a tracking number saying the item had shipped.
After checking UPS's website I saw that it was shipped that afternoon(5/7)
So it took them 2 full weeks after charging my credit card before they actually shipped my computer case. Then, it was sent UPS ground, so I didn't receive it until another week. (3 total)

Sorry, I won't be ordering from them again.

"Walk-in purchase of K7S5A and Athlon900. Was suspicious of fake Crucial DDR but it checked out. Pretty disorganized store, stuff everywhere. Took a while to get someone off the phone and make a deal. No pressure, eager to order anything. Had some hard to find items in stock. May not buy but will always check here. High employee turnover. No horror stories...yet!

"I placed an order for an in-stock GeForce3 ti200 card. The price listed on priceline.com was $118. When I went to the website, SR-Systems had the card listed at $145. There was a note on the first page saying to "let them know" if the price was different from priceline by placing a message in the "Message Dialogue Box" when placing the order. I did, and received an email confirmation for my order showing that I was being charged at the $145 amount. This was the beginning of my experience with the company.

I placed the order on April 4th, 2002 and the produce was supposed to be In-Stock. However, as of April 9th, the product still wasn't shipped. I contacted the company on the 8th and was told it would go out that day. Obviously, when I saw on April 9th that my order was still "pending", I was pretty upset.

Then I read some of the reviews by readers of this company and they were mostly highly negative. One reviewer actually had purchased the exact same product as I did & he mentioned the product arrived defective. That was my last straw so I cancelled my order.

The only positive I can say about the company was that I spoke with a gentleman named "Mark" whom promptly cancelled my order when I asked him to.

The kicker of this event was that right after I cancelled the order, I turned around & reordered the exact same card at www.sybercom.com and they processed, approved & shipped my GeForce card the very same day. According to UPS, my card is scheduled to be delivered in 2 days. Take it from me, don't order from SR-Systems. They're slow & unresponsive. Try ordering from sybercom.com instead...they're much more responsive & seem to be infinately more dependable.

"4/07/02...After enabling my Outlook Express to deliver a "read receipt" when someone reads an email I sent to them, I received a message saying my email to "****@****" was read and a note stating that the receipt was coming from "www.throwmeaway.com". Mr. Williams says that "...throw me away..." is his company's address. My video card shipped in a retail box, but the sticker enclosing the anti-static bag was not stuck any more and had paper attached that belonged to whatever the sticker was originally stuck to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TIMELY DELIVERY, AND/OR NEW MERCHANDISE. My ABIT Siluro is currently at the ABIT company in CA. They say they will honor a two year, replacement policy. 'Hope I get a new one this time. The card sent to me by sr-systems shows glitches and serious artifacts after minimal usage. Overclocking it was not an option.
3/27/02...Received email with shipping number late P.M. on the 26th. Six days to ship. Shipping number came as a link, that offered brief SYNNEX company info and part description. The price listed was $10 lower than what I paid. I didn't print the page, and now it times-out.
3/26/02...Well, after 6 days, I've finally spoken to a Mark Williams at SR-Systems. He couldn't give me a shipping number,or cancel my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I bought from Newegg, I would have my benchmarks well under way by now.
3/25/02...The 24th was Sunday. However, still no word from them. I sure do wish I had a shipping number so I could track my video card.
3/23/02...Still no response from additional emails and phone calls.
3/22/02...After no response to emails and phone calls, and reading some reviews here at Resellers, I used SR-Systems' "Contact Us" form and sent a "Cancel My Order" message. My credit card had $135 posted.
3/20/02...'Made mistake and ordered a video card from SR-Systems.

"Horrible... No invoice number, took 3 days just to ship my stuff out. I ordered Crucial PC2400 RAM from them, they tried to fool me with PC2100 with no manufacturer's stickers, just a cheap sticker that said PC2400 DO NOT REMOVE. They offered to send me a replacement, so I gave them a chance. 2 weeks later, two more sticks of USED NANYA PC2100 come again?! Still waiting for refund, I will contact Visa soon. Also, they're rude. BOOOO."

"I purchased an Abit Siluro GeForce3 Ti200 from this company. It took one week from the time of order till its arrival via FedEx Ground. The video card was adequately packed and in perfect condition, and I've been gaming and net-surfing ever since! "My credit card was charged on 3/6/02 and the order showed "in process" on their web site. No status change or tracking number sent since then. Two e-mails and two phone calls unanswered. It's not looking too good.
[update] Finally an e-mail saying that the motherboard is back ordered. I'm cancelling the order.
[update 3/18/02] Another e-mail on Friday saying the mobo was in stock and could they ship. I said yes. Today still no tracking # so I cancelled the order (again) and began the dispute process with my cc. Placed the same order with MWave.com for $50 less!
