"GREAT COMPANY TO BUY FROM, I found a ASUS graphic card on their website as advertised online. Plus ended up buying more stuff because of the low prices. Alot of hard to find extra "Mods" that I found on their website (i.e. case lighting and extra fans).. Will definately continue to order from these guys again soon!!! "I brought a questionable motherboard that I got somewhere else to sr-systems. I wanted to use a newer CPU in this board but didn't have the resources to even see if it worked. The guys there were very helpful. Despite being very busy, they took the time to test my board and flash the BIOS for next to nothing. Getting such good support for this random motherboard makes me feel very secure in the components that I bought from them."

MSI nforce2 motherboard improperly advertised on site and on Pricewatch...and wouldn't even admit it. NO response to e-mails, ZERO help from their 888 number.

"The RMA policy for this company is terrible. I purchased a DFI motherboard from them. It failed within 90 days. According to DFI, SR Systems administers the warranty. The only way SR systems would accept my return and issue an RMA number was if I paid them $14.00. Here it is January, 2003 and I still don't have my motherboard."

"I was not notified that the item that I purchased was on backorder. After 5 days without a response I checked my order status on there website to find that it was backordered. "From the 4 different online companies I had purchased parts from, these guys were the worst. The other 3 had sent multiple e-mails detailing the status of my order, and had their components on my door within a few days. SR Systems, on the other hand, sent only the initial order confirmation e-mail and that was it. I heard nothing for a week and half, during which time I had sent an e-mail requesting the status of my order, and checking the website where my order remained on "Confirmed California" for about the whole week. When the part finally shipped , I had received a shipping e-mail and at the same time received an answer to my previous e-mail. But, when the part arrived, it was poorly packaged--basically a box inside another box, no packaging what so ever. I had ordered a Abit NF7-S mobo which is not the type of part you want banging around in a UPS truck. Now I have learned that sometimes it's better to pay a couple of bucks extra and get a part from a company who knows how to do online business."

"I bought a AMD athlon 2600 chip with 333fsb however, AMD (the company)had boxed the wrong chip (2600 with 266fsb)within the correct box. AMD had explained this BIG PROBLEM on their web sight! Customer service had said to go back to the company I purchased from(sr systems) and if they were a good company then they should take back the part and make good on issuing the correct part. So I called sr systems, to make a long story short....sr systems told me to pound sand, to bad, so sad for me & go back to AMD for the correct part and had no remorse. So what I did (and take note!) .... disputed the purchace with my credit card company, got my money back and bought the correct part from a reputable company. I wouldn't recommened this company to my worst enemy!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS ETHICS!!!!!!. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY.......SEE YA."
