I ordered Lithium Ion batteries from them and shortly after the order I realized that I had purchased the wrong battery and really wanted a different brand which they didn't stock. "DECEPTIVE PRACTICES>>When I had placed this order the website stated they had stock, I had looked for a phone number and it said you had to email for it, I did that twice, not one phone call, I had also sent email, I placed the order with order comments I needed to confirm exact qty shipping and verify shipping could be upgraded as ground was only option. I got a email back stating "We are checking on the status of that now for you and will get back with you shortly". I emailed again to verify quantity and shipping overnight, I got another email I am confirming that this can go out overnight and will be back in touch shortly. I sent another email requesting update on qty shipping no reply. on Saturday I got a email stating "What we had on hand, qty 12 shipped, and the rest will be shipping shortly. I apologize for the delay", a few mins later I got another email We're pleased to inform you, your order has shipped. Your shipping & tracking information appears below. with the total amount that I ordered with the statement "This completes your order". Thank you for shopping with us. When I emailed this company back I requested what was correct??? 12 or 245?? And to please cancel the order. I got a email stating the order had shipped and could not cancel, and they gave me two of the same tracking numbers, the weight on this was 11lbs . the order was for 245 speakers at the weight of 1lb each. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM"
