Very Good. The issue might be corporate.

"The floor mats I wanted were in stock, but I couldn't go and pick them up. I had to order them online, then go pick them up. This wasn't a great burden, but doesn't make much sense. Who makes the consumer go through ordering online?
My order was ready, in my name and held for me for a couple of weeks. An employee was available during lunch to hand me the floor mats. Very good service.

Great experience

"Parts guy told me about ordering on line. Got home from work and gave it a shot.
It was easy to locate the sight and navigate thru the simple questions.
A few minutes and the part was ordered.
A couple days later the part is here. Free shipping and a discount on the part. What's not to like.

"Called in to order parts. Was told that the parts I wanted were wrong before I could even finish explaining myself. Once he let me talk and realized they were right he was annoyed with that. Then told me they won’t match their own website pricing and they would be special order. I order online and had them in 12hrs. That’s special. "

What a great experience.

"Just when you thought there wasn’t a chance for great service. I made a call and it was the best parts service I’ve had in a long time. Brandon even helped me out with the part numbers so I wouldn’t order the wrong parts. When I was picking up the parts I whiteness Brandon helping an elderly man with his key fob battery. He even went out side to make sure that it was working. Now that’s what I call great customer service. I’ve been in the automotive business for over 40 years now and the service that I was given and what I whiteness was truly amazing. This reminds me of the way it used to be. I’ve been a service manager for over 18 years in my career and a service technician for over twenty years. Keep up the good work and thanks for reminding me of the past Great Service goes a long way in my book. "

Great people, terrible website.

"The people in the parts department in Sandy Springs are great, the website and checkout online are HORRIBLE.
3.5 hours of errors before I was finally able to checkout. No indication whatsoever informing me of what was wrong.............just incomprehensible error messages.
