"Overall very good. Shopping at RevZilla is becoming redundant, even though it's the "premium" brand, because it sure seems like all Comoto companies share a common warehouse inventory and you can easily exchange online orders at Cycle Gear retail locations. I'm fortunate enough to live less than a mile from one, so when I got my cargo pants and they were snug in the waist, I decided to see if I could exchange them at Cycle Gear.
And I could, they were super nice about it. Very quick too, I got the return received email a day later. So I exchanged my pants for a size that fit at Cycle Gear, although I did have to purchase them in the store and return the others for the credit.
It was still a very seamless experience, so kudos to you guys for that. Let me know if you ever want anyone to head up your business intelligence / analytics department; I'm a fan of your company and an avid motorcyclist with an R1 and an M1000R. "

"I was told that I couldn't cancel my order. The order didn't ship yet, the money wasn't even taken out of my account yet, but they were unable to cancel my order? Why? The shipping partner didn't pick it up yet so why couldn't it be canceled. On top of it, it was a 1 item order.. so put it back to stock was as easy as simply putting it back up on a shelf.. crazy. So I got the item and they want a fee for sending it back lol we could've skipped this.. but of course they didn't want to because they are more worried about a restock fee than the satisfaction of their customers. "Love RevZilla and my experience shopping with you. I gave four stars on this rating because the mirrors did not include installation instructions (that I could understand) and when I reached out to customer service I was told there wasn’t any help that could be provided. I ultimately figured out the installation on my own (had to order a different bolt length to install these on my bike without modifying the handlebars.) Love the mirrors and the look BTW!"
