"I made several hotel reservations at the incredibly low cost $99/day vs $260/day on expedia.com for example. When I called the hotels, I was told such reservations did not exist. I contacted Reservationdesk.com. They pretend they made the reservations for me. This is a fraudulent website. Stay away from it. The people there are helpless once your credit card is charged. "

"Booked a room through this service for a group event that I needed to attend. The reservation was accepted, confirmed, and my credit card was charged including the reservation fee charged by Reservation Desk. Six days after a confirmed reservation, I received an email stating my reservation had been cancelled. After being on hold for 28 minutes, I was told that the hotel had cancelled the reservation because there was no rooms available. They assured me that a refund had already been processed for the hotel charges, however, the booking fee would NOT be refunded. So this company, booked a room that was not available and refused to refund their service charge for a reservation that could not be fulfilled! Absolute thieves!!"

"Like many others while looking a the hotel site I clicked on a link that was reservation.com. Having already accepted the holel rate I quickly checked out. Once I looked at the receipt to review I saw it was from reservation desk.com. The price was 100 a night more. I imocalled them and got the same runaround as the other people. I can’t do anything the supervisor will call you back. So o get a call back from a Croatian phone +385 (37) 403 00 and the supervisor says support won’t be able to help you. They charged me for a night plus fees plus tax. This all happened in one hour. So buyer beware If I can at least sway one customer away from these thieves I will feel better.

"Called "Hyatt" to book over the phone. Foolishly clicked on the reservationdesk.com link listed above the Hyatt link, got the number and called. Agent did not identify as other than Hyatt reservations. I asked for the corporate rate and provided the corporate number. They took is and quoted a price. They then slow rolled the reservation while I had to get to a meeting. I accepted the quote and booking assuming I was talking with Hyatt and was going to get the corporate rate. Upon check out I found out the booking was through a third party and found out from one of my coworkers the cost was $177 more than the corporate rate. On top of that they charged me a 14.99 booking fee they never mentioned during the booking process. I called to complain and try and rectify the situation. The first level agent, though polite, had no authority to resolve anything. However, the supervisor was curt and unapologetic that I had been deceived and overcharged for the room. He said it was my responsibility to ensure that I was talking with Hyatt and they had no obligation to inform me that they were not Hyatt reservations. Since the stay had already occurred, they would do nothing to rectify the overcharge. Buyer beware!!"
