they replaced my remote as advertised

"Found ad on facebook, used their chat feature while at work to be directed towards the right remote for my Honda. Received it in a timely manner and had programming insturctions included. I was a little put off by their opening paragraph for their programming insturctions but I didn't have any hang ups. Remote matches the OEM fob I accidentally dropped in the sink. All and all a good interaction, easily worth the $55 I spent. Maybe they turned a new leaf or something. "

Have to pay again to get reprogrammed - Kia replacements should not be sold here

"Dont buy. If you have the wrong vehicle you will need to pay the dealership or a locksmith to reprogram. And yes they want $15 to "restock" this piece of crap. Then they "hide behind" the "you should have read our whole website to find this problem first nonsense. If it wont work - why are you selling it??? DONT BUY FROM THESE "THUGS". It is stealing - plain and simple - buyer beware!!!"

They ****!

"Ordered the remote and the on-line has instructions on how to program. When I get the remote it says I have to take it to a locksmith to program for an additional fee. I called and the customer (no) service says I need to do a better job of reading the instructions that my truck (2017 Tundra) can not be self programed. When you pull the stock number for the part it has the programing instructions listed below. Now they want a $10 re-stock fee. Do your self a favor and and avoid them from the start"

Stay away Not Customer Friendly

"Please say yourself some frustration and look elsewhere. I purchased a 3 button Chrysler remote for a 2008 Town and Country. Had to get it programmed with a locksmith which was noted up front. No problem with that. Got the FOB programmed and starts car fine. The problem is that the lock button worked once and the other buttons never did. I asked them to send me a replacement before I send back the defective and they will not. The reason I need 2 fobs is that you don't have to pay a locksmith again with 2. Even though the buttons don't work I can use it to program the 3rd remote. They want me to buy and pay shipping all over again.

I have emailed them numerous times and they will not do it, then they quit responding. Why should I be out double and may end up with 2 bad FOB's?

Stay away not Customer friendly at all.

Not All remotes can be self programmed.........

"I ordered a remote with the expectation of programming it myself and eliminating the exorbitant cost of a dealership or locksmith. When it arrived, there ware instructions stating that it COULD NOT be self programmed and it had to be done by a professional. I could get no response and ended up having it programmed by a locksmith for 128.00.

Their ad is on facebook ALL THE TIME and when I wrote that people need to be sure that they can program their own remote, they removed my comment 4 different times. I wasn't rude, I just didn't want anyone else to be in the same boat. If they were a reputable company, they'd have no issue with my comments, all they have to say is 'please check to see if your remote can be self programmed' and be up front about it. Anything else seems underhanded to me. The only comments on FB are glowing and that's fine, but don't remove a valuable piece of advice from someone who knows what they are talking about.

can't get a responce

"purchased a remote that ft my 2017 Jeep they sad t would work on my car but the dealer sad wouldn't program. Sent a message and a copy of purchase record haven't heard from them. Guess just forget about $97.00 refund"

Restocking fee charged for out-of-stock item

"The remote I ordered was out of stock. Replacemyremote.com sent me an email informing me of same, and offering to cancel the order if I didn't want to wait. I did, and they charge me a $6.99 restocking fee for an item they didn't have in stock. I will avoid this company in the future."

Okay, this is funny.

"Today, May 11, 2018, I received two packages in the US mail. One was my requested remote. The other was addressed to me but when I opened the envelope the remote was not mine but belongs to Mary Smith of Washington. I live in the amazing and wonderful state of North Carolina. I read the instructions on how I should program my remote. Turns out there is a lot of information this company fails to give you before you lay down your cash. The instructions for programming have a disclaimer. They tell you they took the info from the internet and the instructions may not work. (They did not work). The instructions go on to say, if they don't work you must call a lock smith and have the lock smith try to program. (BTW, a lock smith costs between $50 and $100 to engage to try the the remote programming) If the lock smith is unable to program you are "allowed" to apply for a return authorization. Moral of story? Don't waste your time here. The dealer can replace you remote for $50.00."

Do not get keyfob here! They lie

"Hi, I ordered a keyfob through this site thinking I would get directions to program. I got the key and a note with it saying I can not program myself and need to find a locksmith. I could not find one that could do it so ended up going to the dealer. So this was a waste. Returning, but what I will get back will be less the shipping cost as they will not pay for return shipping. My purse was stolen at my grandmother’s wake so I have a lot to replace and I was hoping this would have been simple. "

Do not order or give any information

"My usbandand was trying to surprise me by ordering a key for my vehicle but unfortunately we woke up to an nightmare.
We never received any items but instead have to deal with fraud.
Also, I don’t shop online usually.
We only charged two purchases online and one of it was with this company.
If you don’t want any headaches stay away.
Thanks to the Lord we have a lawyer in our family!! We will follow this.

Saved money as advertised

"Bought 2 remotes (for 2 different vehicles) here way cheaper than through the dealership. Took them to my hometown locksmith who programmed one in with no trouble at all. The second vehicle was an older one and I was even able to program the remote myself, took a couple tries because I kept messing up the steps. When I called for help they went over the steps with me and I was able to see what I was missing. Would buy from them again, but hope I will not loose my keys a second time."
