"Got the new remote but it would not program into my vehicle. Tried all kinds of suggestions. Finally order one from Amazon and low and behold it programmed into the vehicle as instructed. Tells me they sent the wrong remote. And after reading all the negative reviews, and their return policy, guess I will just eat the money I paid and not bother contacting the company. Don't want or need store credit."
"1st of all they don't send them programmed and they charge you as if they would. You can find a new fob for 39.99 in Amazon
They offer the programming and all seems legit until you get your fob. Not programmed!!!
Their wording is v confusing on purpose and you still need to pay a locksmith.
No refund???? No apologies they make it seem like it's your fault. No customer service, just more lies.
They only give store credit.

"After ordering a replacement remote fob for my Kia Sportage and after talking with a locksmith about reprograming it, I found out that I had way overpaid for the Fob from what the locksmith would charge me and the one from Replacemyremote was a refurbished one. The locksmith would not guarantee the FOB if it stopped working as they did not supply the Fob. I called Replacemyremote to cancel my order, about an hour after ordering it and they said it was already being processed and had been keyed so I had to pay $9.99 for cancellation fee. "
"Fine print says "some" keys cannot be self-programmed. Make sure you can self-program, or that an automotive locksmith will program the key for you BEFORE YOU BUY. Don't waste your money on a key that the locksmiths won't touch because of the risk to screw up the entire car's FOB reader. Their policy of NO REFUND/STORE CREDIT ONLY is garbage. I may as well have thrown $150 out the window."

"I tried to order a remote for a GMC truck. The ordering info was vague and I received a fob that wouldn't program. I contacted the seller and they advised me that I had ordered the wrong one, but if I would send another $4.95 for return postage, they would send the correct one. I didn't feel the error was entirely mine due to the poor description, but I paid the return postage and received the "correct" one. Following the programming sequence exactly, I was dismayed that the "correct" fob wouldn't program either. Upon contacting the company again and requesting a refund, I was informed that don't do refunds....only store credit. What a convenient policy for a business that sells a very limited product line."
