We purchased a copy of the Platner table. The staff was as helpful as could be, and we are quite satisfied with the table. The friendly staff reliably described just how long we would have to wait for delivery, and even worked out a more convenient delivery date, (not so easy from one coast to the other).

Super helpful and accommodating employees here have helped me out a couple of times with furniture and home decor purchases.


Other reviewers are correct that this is by far, hands-down, the best place to buy high-quality reproductions of any modern design.

Here's a good rule of thumb to avoid confusion and disappointment: if your furniture comes with a complimentary screwdriver or wrench, it's not good furniture.

Similarly, you could potentially have a problem if the salesperson says "no problem!" when you ask if your new sectional will fit into your Sedan ..

I will return soon to purchase bigger furniture items as well as smaller pieces to decorate. I was happy to hear that they offer cheap delivery or drop-off service, no dealing with sedans and pickups.

They will also hold some pieces for me if I simply put down a deposit!


In for less than 30 minutes and $459 poorer I am so happy with my purchase :)

"Earlier this year I had my living room redone and decided to buy some new furniture to compliment my new digs. I specifically was looking for something practical but not old fashioned, so Ethan Allen was definitely out (sorry).


After shopping through many, many, many furniture stores, trade showrooms and online retail outlets I finally settled on Regency Shop. Now typically I am very particular about my selection in furniture.


However, I wanted to give Regency Shop a chance because my Aunt had used this store to redesign three of the rooms in her new home. The sales person on the phone (Mark?) helped to guide me each step of the way from my selection to the purchase.


I was surprised that I hadn't driven him crazy from all of the questions that I asked, but he appeared to be very knowledgeable about choosing the correct color of leather. Some items were in stock and some were not. I was told that lead time on those items will be 4-5 weeks.


I was not in any rush, so I did what any penny pincher will do (lol) and went ahead to place the order. Out of the 7 items I purchased, 4 arrived within a week. For the other 3 items, I had to wait 7 weeks. It did not arrive in 5 weeks as promised, not a big deal really.


Now that is has arrived it is a beautiful addition to my living room.


Since then I have received two emails from Lisa in customer service, one on three days before it arrived notifying that my item was in transit and the other on the day it arrived confirming that I had received it.


I am so glad that I have now surpassed all the headache of finding the perfect new addition to my living room and I credit Regency Shop for working with me to attain that peace of mind.


Tip to buy from RegencyShop: Buy items that are in-stock if you are in a big rush. If you can wait and love great deals then wait for them. I can assure you that your furniture will be worth the wait. Don’t fly off the handle like the guy below (lol)
