"While I knew the printer I was ordering was used, I basically feel like I wasted $75 plus $35 in freight. The print quality out of the box was very bad. The cost to troubleshoot it would be more than it cost. I at least expected a tech to assure that the machine was printing max quality. It was definitely inspected because the QC print out that was done by Innovatepc was just as bad as the quality I got. The machine is basically a "boat anchor" as best I can tell. Sorry guys! Not what i expected from you!"
