Your company is in the US, I also am in the US, the item is offered by you for sale in the US. One would naturally expect it to be in English or at a minimum to have a way for someone that does not read Chinese to be offer instruction in how to change it from Chinese to English.
I do not feel your buyer was diligent in the purchase of this product for sale within the US. This mistake cost me shipping in both directions.
