"I woke up early to order the ghost smasher shoes. It added them to my cart, and in the 2 minutes it took to click on checkout, they were gone. Absolute garbage. don't waste your time "

"Quality but Need Tending Varieties"

"Reebok is a good brand but I'm not a big fan of it because I've owned Reebok Sports shoes for 2 years and still have those in good working conditions too. But I have to say for quality wise its a decent product but because of the variety I don't love this brand and new trends are not that great compared with other brands like Nike & Adidas. Overall, it's a premium brand with consistency."

Don’t bother ordering from them

"Made order and had it confirmed and then after it was too late to cancel the order, they then added 3-4 days to the delivery time which means it won’t come in time. Took a long time to get any responses when contacting them and they offered no help to change the delivery at all. They wouldn’t then cancel it and I can only wait for it to arrive and then send it straight back! Feel cheated and won’t bother ordering from here again and far too unreliable."

Don’t order online

"They changed their shipping waiting times to 21 business days after I’d made a purchase, so basically a month and when I requested to cancel the order because it hadn’t been shipped my cancellation may or may not happen because the warehouse may or may not get the email. Reebok is Horrible

"I bought a pair of Reebok classic sneakers in December, I did not have them for a month before they started falling apart. I contacted Reebok, and they gave me the run around for another month before they would look into my claim. They responded by agreeing the sneakers were falling apart but would not replace them since they are now used. EVEN THOUGH I CONTACTED THEM WELL OVER A MONTH AGO! They suggested I buy another pair. Horrible products from a horrible company"

They are scammers

"They sent the wrong order and I returned it with the required full form explaining issue. They wrote back a very rude email saying "this is not the ordered item.Silvia What you want us to do with the shoes you have returned?" . I felt like being cynical about it but decided to be nice an polite and explained that that is exactly what they had sent to me, the wrong pair of shoes, since the return. They never refunded my money. The European branch is now located in Poland and obviously they are there to take your money. Beware. Thieves. "

Reebok cancelled an order placed on 12/12/2018 on Christmas Eve and claimed it was my fault!

"Ordered shoes for a Christmas gift on 12/12/2018 and Reebok sent a cancellation notice 22 days later on Christmas Eve! I called them a week after the original order date (12/12/18) since the order still said "waiting to be packed". I was assured they were available and would be delivered on time or the shipping would be free. Still no update on their site several days later and so I sent an email. They never responded until Christmas Eve and said "I cancelled the order". A TOTAL LIE. I never cancelled. In fact the same shoes are still available on their eBay site. No more Adidas or Reebok products for me. What a despicable organization.

Update 1/6/2019. Finally received and email from Reebok. Likely, they read this review and felt compelled to respond to save face. Nothing new was offered as an explanation why they treated my order so incompetently other than it was "out of stock".

I doubt this review will prevent anyone from buying their products, just be aware you might get the same horrible treatment. They obviously could care less about treating customers as if they were important to their business success.

Excellent experience...

"I purchased a pair of shoes with a large discount code with absolutely no problems. The shoes are excellent quality and fit perfectly. They were even delivered sooner than expected. I have since ordered the men's pair with the same large discount code and according to the tracking #, they will be delivered tomorrow. I will definitely be a future customer."

"I ordered some shoes on sale from these guys and after 3 weeks of the order showing as preparing to ship they just cancelled. No explanation they cancelled the order They acted as if I had cancelled the order. They had a 40% off sale and they wanted to weasel out of it. So they just cancelled the order."

Slow order processing shipping. Do not use Expedited Service.

"Ordered 5 pairs on Nov 25 with expedited shipping by the end of the week at the latest. It won't be delivered after at least 7 days.
Here is the break down:
4 days processing, yes big 4 days, and get pickup by FedEx on the 4th day.
Instruct FedEx to hold delivery until next Monday even they shipped it via FedEX OverNight.
Why would they pay overnight shipping and with instruction to hold delivery for another 3 days?
Someone at Reebok management is not doing their job.

No wonder Amazon is a retail giant. Amazon 2 days deliver vs Reebok 7 days !!!!!!!!

Investor Note: Reebok should shutdown their online ordering and transfer all that to Amazon, they would have save big and customer would be a lot happier.

No returns possible - can't start one, nobody answers complaints.

"Ordered shoes and wanted to return. Returns are "Free and Easy".
Their Returns landing page says just that. Even more, the FAQ section has no info on how to start return.
The order info page HAS NO option to start the return.
Tried to send an email but that feature doesn't work.
Filed a complaint form but nobody answered

Worse experience in my life time for an online company

"This company does not care about their customers at all. Worse service in my life time. Not only did it send me the wrong item for my order, it also does not provide any help on sending the correct order! The customer service is rude and state anything is company policy. They cannot exchange an order, but the real case is that they send the wrong item and the customer has to return the item and place a new order. When its company's fault, it is the customer to blame. "

Buyer beware of Reebok.com

"Hello I purchased shoes from Reebok .com too. I ordered 9 1/2 shoe size which is what I wear from my 2 previously retail purchases. I went to try them on about 3 weeks ago thinking these were going too fit , wrong too small. I tried calling the contact us no 3 times going to send out return label and never got one. Finally on Sat the 29th called again and stated my problem and the associate stated that it has been longer than 30 days which was never stated when purchasing that they cannot except or exchange them Buyer beware!!!!!! "
