"I had a very disappointing experience with Reebok as well. I was able to find some online deals throught sites that shop current discounts and coupons for consumers like me. After seeing this discount and taking advantage of this super awesome deal. I was sent a confirmation notice of receipt of order and that it would soon be processed. After a couple days Reebok sent me an email stating that my order could not be processed and that I needed to contact them. So when I did they said that I was trying to get that deal on more than one account/more than one email address. And that it was suspicious. I proceeded to explain the purchase and was told that a supervisor would contact me. Never received an email and no contact was ever attempted. So I called back... After 45 mins of this rep asking all the questions, putting me on hold 3 different times she then gave me another number. So I call that number then they tell me that they couldn't deliver to the address I gave them when in fact I had an order that I placed in December and they had no problem with the addressed. Same address! I will never buy another Reebok product! I believe if your going to run a business, you should learn how to treat your customers!! "

"Had a very disappointing experience with shop.reebok.com. They had an online promotion yesterday... 50% on sale prices using the promo code ishop... tried to order 2 shoes for my 2 sons... the site accepted the promo code, showed the 50% additional discount and let me go all the way to entering my credit card information.... when i clicked on the confirm purchase button, it came back with a screen saying the site was down for maintenance... this was at 11:20pm PST last night... was up for another hour trying to get the order through as my boys really liked the shoes.. same screen.. site was down for maintenance... customer service was closed at that time.. so called this morning... spent almost an hour on the phone with them.... even had a supervisor hang up the phone on me... called back and went all the way up to a manager who said they cannot honor it as those particular shoes were not part of the promo... Hello!!!! this was your issue... your site accepted the promo code, showed the 50% discount... the honorable thing to do to keep a satisfied customer would be to let that purchase go through... Nope.... they just would not listen... Really bad experience.. bad customer service.. would NEVER order from Reebok again.... no wonder Nike is a leader in footwear and giving these guys a run for their money and customers."

"Good website. Easy to order.
PRAY nothing goes wrong with your order because their cust service is helpless to help you.
My order of kids shoe was shipped Fedex. Fedex tracking claim they delivered. NOTHING - I checked with neighbors, just in case. I contact Reebok and "they opened case on my behalf"? WHAT? On my behalf when your carrier screwed up delivery? You are not doing me a favor! And their cust service tell me resolution can take up to TWO WEEKS - that is just plain stupid! You never have customer waiting for up to two weeks, especially for product that cost less than $100. For something this small, you apologize for inconvenience, then overnight a replacement immediately. Go fight/dispute Fedex on your time, not mine. Amount of money I have spent on Reebok shoes and would have spent (2 kids) in future will more than make up for potential loss if Fedex dispute claim!
No matter, Nike, New Balance and Sketcher thanks Reebok because my business going to those guys.

"Horrible...I will never order from them again. I ordered a Chargers T-Shirt and Hoodie and they shipped me the correct T-Shirt but the wrong hoodie. Instead of a Chargers hoodie I received a Bengals hoodie. Even though my invoice had a Chargers hoodie on it. I then emailed customer service to get the correct item shipped. It took over 24 hours to receive a response and the email response just said "to please call customer service"! So I called and was told I would have to use the included return shipping label to ship the wrong hoodie back. However they will not be shipping me the correct item. Instead they will be refunding me the cost of the hoodie. Which I don't want. I want the correct hoodie (the one I originally ordered) shipped. Which they will not do. I will have to re-order the item again and wait for the order to be processed and shipped all over again, because they messed up an sent me the wrong item.

The whole thing seems ridiculous. They messed up and shipped me the wrong item. And now I have to jump through hoops to get what I originally ordered. Instead of just shipping the wrong item back and receiving the correct one.
