"Order was processed very quickly, and that is about the only good thing I have to say about them.

They shipped the package to the wrong address- mislabeled the package to ship it to the billing address instead of the verified shipping address, which was literally on the other side of the country and resulted in me needing to pay another hefty shipping fee to get it to the right place.

They also neglected to include the battery in the shipment, and though initially replied to my emails stopped all communication when I asked for a replacement. I still cant get a reply from anyone."
