"great selection on products, and one of the biggest airsoft stores. really wished they were here in the US though, because international shipping cost and arm and leg. reasonable charges for large orders, however, even the lightest things they will charge ~$20 for shipping, which is not really a fair price. i've shipped international on things a few ounces, and it's only a few bucks. they could be a little more fair on this.

one thing that lost them some points is on one of the items i ordered had problems and how they handled it. bought a green laser, and there's like a short circuit in there or something, but it would randomly blink and/or turn off. contacted them about this for either a replacement or a refund, but they refused. only compensation they gave was a few reward points, which wasn't even enough to redeem cheap stuff.

"I'm from Russia and I've ordered at Redwolf twice within the last 2 months. I'm very surprised about quality of service. I wrote several e-mails with questions and all of them were carefully answered on the next work day. The packages were shipped two days after the payment. Inside the package everything was undamaged, nicely packed and everything worked. I'm happy. But the time of delivery was 15 days the first time and 20 days the second time. But I think it's pecularities of delivery service only :)"

"As every time I've ordered from Redwolf, I got all of my items, surprisingly fast (given it had to come around the world) and in great condition. All the items were exactly what I was looking for and as described; that latter of which makes perfect sense as their on-site descriptions are some of the best and clearest in the industry (allowing for a few engrish mistakes but those don't hinder comprehension).

This past order was a new bag (the Pantac Vertical Accessories bag) to replace my old messenger, and from the description I knew I'd love it, and I do. It's pretty much perfect for my needs. "I was skeptical about ordering from China at first, only because of the geographical difference and having to wait for weeks to get my product. I was pleasantly surprised to get my item in under a week. When I got the item (a Tokyo Marui G17) it was in perfect shape aside from the trademark covers. They were glued on hastily and left splotches of glue around the covers. That's a small issue however given the great pricing and quick delivery. I was skeptical before but now I'm a repeat buyer. If you can get around their mediocre website and find what you're looking for you won't be disappointed."

"This was my first purchase of an Airsoft product (two guns, actually), and I had many questions, because I am using these as props for a film shoot. I sent several inquiries regarding the guns, and left two phone messages, and NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE RESPONSE.

Horrible communication. However, I ordered two of the guns I was looking at, anyhow, and they arrived within four days of shipping. They seem to be in good working order, and even though they never responded to any of my emails, it looks as though they at least read them, because they fulfilled a special request on my part.

Still, I'd have much preferred to be secure in the knowledge that there'd be an open line of communication with the retailer. In this case, they had two guns that I couldn't find anywhere else, so I ordered through them. But I will certainly try other retailers before returning to Red Wolf in the future. "
