I also did not get my t-shirt the gun and the gun had some minor issues (the shell hatch locking system was broken), but i will not send the gun back because they were repairable. Still..not cool. It also sux that the shipping price doesn't count for the railcover deal, but no can do."
"Terrible. I sent a 3 paragraph email to their service department to ask if an airsoft surgeon slide was compatible with my 1911. I specified that I was worried that the front and rear sights from my kjw 1911 would not fit the new slide, but their service department ensured me they would. So I pay 100 dollars for my slide, and it does arrive quickly. However, the slots that are cut into the slide for sights are only compatible with Tokyo Mauri hi cappa sight, there was absolutely no way my sights would fit. I now have to buy a pair of compatible sights in order to use my pistol. Hope they fix this. Otherwise, I'm going to continue writing bad reviews all over the web. Apparently, they have no knowledge of the products they sell, and have terrible customer service. Beware this site. Buy else where."
"About RedWolfn we have bad and good points to say.
About the bad points:
- There is a bad communication
- We did not have nformation when we ordered an out of stock product. It wasn't said that the product was out of stock, and the ordered remained "in processing" status. After a while, we worried and began to communicate by e-mail to know why they had not yet processed the ordered, and there they said that one of our product was out of stock. We had to insist hardly in order to obtain a new product.
BUT, about the good points:
- when the order has been processed, the ordered has been shipped rapidly.
- when we receive the order arrived, there was no error, all the things corresponded to what we ordered."
"Never again, first time i ordered i had to call long distance to HK to find out what was going on with my order, had made payment, sent over 5 mails to support asking what was going on with my order,never answered me so i had to call them .They get your money , then your not so important anymore.

"Do NOT buy from Redwolf Airsoft. Their warranty is 7 days from purchase.
Bought TNK SWM500 HW BK from them (they are based in Hong Kong). It works well for 1 day but when I tried it one week later, one of the part snapped. Didn't reply to my first email on 11th Feb. Never replied. Called them spoken to Benny Chiu and he claimed only 7 days warranty and said they will try to look for parts but heard nothing ever since. Tried email every week and phone without success. I lost £130. Buy at your own risk.

"I have order from Red Wolf before and I have not had any problems with them. The only thing is that their customer support is a little bit slow.
I usayally recieve my things within the week +- Customs.
I have read that some people have problem with shipping, well if you order a Gas Weapon make sure that you can import them, for instance I am not allowed to import Gas Weapons to sweden, only shops with special permissions are alowed, so check if you can import the things before you buy.
And I would recommend using express shipping because then you can track the package which is very smart and safer the air/ground mail.
Over all I like the shop.

"I don't know what these people are talking about fast delivery. I ordered a Glock 17 TM. last December 15, 2010 and paid extra $30 for express shipping(3 day). It's now Jan 7, 2011 and I still have no gun. Boooo!!!! I e-mailed and they said that it's not their fault if the delivery service is slow."
