"Wood frames, would really like to see more variety in ready made frame sizes. Example 16x24, 20x30, 24x36. The standard sizing for todays 2:3 ratio images. Your selection of wood frames are very appealing but do not come in the sizes needed for 2:3 ratio work. I would not hesitate to purchase frames if these sizes were provided. Thanks."

As the owner of Redimat, we take our reviews and customer service very seriously. I am curious why you gave us 2 stars and were so unhappy, when you apparently received what you desired, and were quoted the shipping costs ahead of time.
The shipping is calculated by UPS based on the size of the box needed to safely ship the products to you without damage and is more delicate than reams of paper.
