"My products were as ordered, leggings, 2 cushion covers and 1 blanket ( full). my bill was $191.48 Canadian ( a high exchange rate to the US $. Shipping was calculated at $35.86, more than 18%. The first item arrived without extra charges. The next 3 items arrived together, and I received a FedEx bill for$16.71.
Had I known, i would never have bought. Shipping costs of more than $52 on a $191 order of light textiles is ridiculous. No warning on the website. Beware. And never again."

"I ordered a hoodie and waited several weeks. Then suddenly, I get a notification that the seller had cancelled the order. But, instead of a refund, you get RedBubble credit. This credit will expire after few months. Why put an expiration on a refund? So, I went ahead and ordered another hoodie from another seller. Same thing happened again! Waited a few weeks only to have it cancelled by the seller. Why would these sellers list an item available for purchase then not follow through with it. So again, I get RedBubble credit and purchased from a 3rd seller. This eventually came through.
On a separate issue, I had purchased a hoodie. Item looked good enough on arrival. But, after only 1 machine wash and wearing for just a few weeks, the seams on one of the sleeves had torn a hole. I do appreciate RedBubble coming through and getting a free replacement out to me. But, the longevity does concern me.
One positive I'll say. I purchased a fleece blanket. It has seen daily use. Machine washed once. Thus far this one has held up well so far. I hope that it will hold up to future washes. This is my only best experience with RedBubble so far. So, I'm a little on the fence about ordering in the future."
