"I use Redbubble to buy posters for my room. Out of the 30+ posters I’ve bought, only one has arrived damaged (but the refund process was quick and easy.) They always arrive within a week to two weeks, with great packaging. I haven’t bought any other products from RedBubble, only wall poster art to decorate my room, but it’s a top-quality website. 10/10, love it."

"I was disappointed in the lettering on the shirt. The lettering is splotchy and will probably be completely worn off after they wear it a few times. Unfortunately we did not know what the shirt looked like until they opened the package because we had it sent to Virginia as a Christmas gift. Delivered on date as promised and many great shirts to choose from but I would suggest that someone inspect your products before delivery.

"The t-shirt was as described, however, the shipping service was not accurately identified as an economy service which takes 7-10 days. I paid $7.95 for “standard” shipping for one t-shirt weighing a 1/2 pound. A standard shipping service for this item would normally be first class mail, however, this package was sent by USPS Innovations, which is a sub-par service between UPS and USPS which takes much longer than either carrier’s stand-alone service. In this case, it was 10 days from shipment to receipt, and tracking showed the hand-off from UPS to USPS took five days with no activity. I would not use RedBubble again so long as this awful level of shipping service is identified as a standard shipping."
"Usually redrubble are good. However at this moment in time. I am a very unhappy customer and may not use them again in the future. This is simply because a delivery is over 7 days late. When reporting this you are in contact with a robot that eventually puts you through contact support. Which goes dead. There is no one you could speak to other than a robot. Poor procedure. I think in this occasion I won’t get the great T-shirts that has been ordered and I have lost the money I spent on them"
