"Redbubble has sold my artwork for 2 years without compensating me. Then they closed my artist account without any explanation whatsoever or any payment. The consumers who purchased my artwork from Redbubble were notified that the artist had been "paid" yet I was not. I worked for thousands of hours on this artwork and the account. None of the artwork was flagged as unacceptable. I followed all the Redbubble rules This is devastating. Redbubble should restore my page and pay me as they promised the customers."

Most companies tout they are "committed to 100% customer satisfaction", but RB is one of the very, VERY few companies that actually is. If RB knows you aren't going to wear their product (regardless of the reason) they go to great lengths to fix the issue(s) so you will. From incorrect addresses to faulty prints to changes of heart, RB has resolved any/all issues I've ever had. Today I have over 80 shirts purchased from them, and I happily and proudly wear every one throughout the year. Do your business here - you will be happy you did."

"When i order a poster the payment did not go true. So i tryed again and the second time the payment worked. Looking @ my banktransfer the payment got twice from my account. I mailed them the ssme day to tell them something is wrong. They mailed me back that they would fix it the day after. Well,several days later then DID sent me the poster twice. Such a bad communication. And i payed with paypal. I am NOT happy. Watch out people !!!"
"I don't mind the price of high quality stickers (even if you have to unbend them), but the shipping is outrageous. I had maybe a half pound of stickers and they charged over $16 for standard shipping.
Either they are idiots for paying that much, or they are outright scamming the buyers."
"Shipping **** and any printed shirt washes out fades and looks bad after a few washes even if you follow the washing and drying instructions. For a premium tee that’s over 35$ I’d expect it to last. Boo:( also when something is out of stock the site doesn’t list it and lets you pay for it and wait for two weeks before you send them an inquiry and then they give you a refund. It’d make a lot more sense to just list the product as out of stock. "
"Ordered a baseball cap on 11/28/2022 and was charged 31.51. The hat never arrived. After several emails to Redbubble I was told the hat manufacturer wouldn't ship the hat as it was poor quality. I was offered a store credit of 21.72. I wanted a refund not store credit and I was told I would receive a refund of 21.72. Why not 31.51 ? I never received any goods so why am I not receiving a full refund. As of 01/13/2023 I have still not received any refund."
"Depending on what your ordering it will be good. Stickers and notebooks and prints and cards will come put looking pretty good, and last a while. However, clothing is a no go! Don't order printed clothing from here unless you want to throw it away or hide it in your closet after a month. No matter what you do to preserve the print, wash inside out, cold wash only, hang dry only, hand wash only, the print fades and looks like crap!! Everytime!
