"I purchased a tonneau cover and ladder rack system that was sold to me as an integrated system. When received the two were not comparable as sold to me. I was told I needed another set of rails in addition to the existing at the cost of an additional $250. The rails I needed they do not have in stock and no time frame when they would be available. So I have a great cover and a great rack system that I can not use. $2200.00 spent! Now I have to purchase the rails I need from another company that has them in stock. "
"The parts provided to fit in the cargo track system were the wrong size and unusable. I had to improvise the forward anchor points to work with a non -cargo track bed. I replaced the hand knobs for tightening as they were too large with 1/4 20 thread nylon insert stainless nuts ( 7/16 ) nut and washers to tighten the front anchor points. The tether connections were too short and I had to rig my own tether connectors.
I was specific with the online sales rep as to my specific vehicle and was directed to this cover.

"This was the first time ever buying a soft cover for my truck. I’ve always had hard covers. I ordered the Gator SFX Tri-fold Tonneau cover. I received in within a week from ordering. All parts were there. After reading instructions, I realized I had to use the bracket kit that came with it, due to the fact that Toyota Tundra comes with a bed liner. After realizing that it was easy to install. Wait and see once we get a big rain if any water gets in bed. Love the looks and it is a lot lighter than my hard covers from the past. "
