I had to contact to find out that they were not in stock and they could be a few more weeks. Waiting one more week (do to holidays) before I cancel my order!! "

"After purchasing and receiving a new truck bed cover I had to send it back. Because some of the parts were scratched. Real truck was able to quickly send a replacement but only to find out that the replacement was in a worse state than the original delivery. I was able to piece together a complete non scratched set between the two had I sent back the original delivery first before receiving the replacement It would’ve been a nightmare again but having taken additional days off for install, receiving and returning the cover. It was only fair that they would offer compensation which they did but up until today I have not seen any of it reflecting on my account. "
"On a 23 Tacoma you have to drill the bed for the water drain tubes and the fuel filler pipe is IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT to the drill spot and this is not mentioned, only to “exercise caution”. The replacement parts cost $100 and my free labor so I feel like Realtruck ought to reimburse me for this expense and update their instructions. Looking on the forums tells me it has happened a lot. Plus the water drain tubes are really cheap crap and the cover itself (Bakflip MX4) is high quality. Also leaks profusely in heavy rain, just so you know. Bed was soaked. "
"The representative was very knowledgeable and checked on some of my questions if he could not answer them. The product is VERY heavy duty but they’re rather on the expensive side. It then cost me more to have them installed.
Overall I’m very satisfied."
"When I installed the covering fond out the cable that lock the cover is losse and some of the small screws that holds the cable is missing and when I called customer service they sent me new cable and told me to replace it,I don't feel that I should fixed myself it's brand new and it's defective and I can't do it because I have osteoarthritis in my hands and don't have power tools so I have to pay $150 for someone to fix it "

I had the pleasure & great experience w/ a lady by the name of Mellissa today in providing technical detail on ford box dimensions. I was trying to make a rig using a 2013 lo pro onto a 2018 F250. And she was very detailed on dimensional width and problems I would have experienced had I move forward with my original approach. (Vs the 1st experience).."
"I received second row seat covers for my 2023 Traverse which required removal of the headrests to install. The headrests cannot be removed. Not a happy camper.
In addition the delivery time was delayed twice. When I called RealTruck, they claimed that the seat covers are custom made and they do not have them in stock. Expect a two-week delay. They failed to include that in the product description. "
