"The running boards I ordered for my 23 Venza are beautiful, sturdy and not too expensive...BUT they drag against both back door outside rear panels to the point I had to bend them to clear THE DECORATIVE paneling on each back door. I have no idea if this will work - long term."

As for the mats,
First, when newly installed, we found the mats to be a tad bit slippery when our shoes were wet from the rain. I assume that will take care of itself over time and with usage.
Second, it would be nice if one could order the cargo liner with the third-row seat attachment areas, already precut. (It seems that when I touch tools with a sharp edge, I will nick myself or something else, every dang time.)

"The first bed cover I purchased didn’t fit right. I’m in the process of exchanging it for a different style. The customer service agent couldn’t help with the exchange, only send out a ticket for which I had to wait for a different agents response to proceed with the exchange. It’s now been a few weeks and I still don’t have a bed cover (the first cover did just barely get returned, so maybe real truck has been waiting to figure out the details of the exchange until after it was returned to their warehouse?). I’m still waiting for them to contact me so I can pay more for the other cover. So far I feel their service isn’t up to par."

"I have a 2021 GMC 2500HD Standard Cab. I purchased a Soft Cover Rollup Tonneau Cover and installed it myself. (With help from a friend). The only comments I have are as to the directions and the extra hardware,
The directions took a little deciphering but worked.
There were two clamps in the kit that I was not able to use because my truck has a bed liner and a helper bar installed at the right rear of the bed near the tailgate to assist in climbing up to the bed, as well as a bump on the other side due to the configuration of the bed liner.
In a couple of hours the cover was installed and looks great.
So far I am very Happy with my purchase!!!"
