"First time Raiden Tech sended us a defect Wireless Receiver Kit, that did not work.
No answering on emails or phone. It was a lot of hassels for us before we actually could return it.
When we finally got a second one, it did not work as the instruction said.
Therefore, We did send it back, again !
We paid $82 +$13 to return it and finally we got $66 back from RT......
All this money, For what ?
Too bad Raiden Tech !

"Received a defective item and have spent WEEKS trying to get a hold of anyone. I've emailed 3 different email addresses PLUS I keep calling the number (which is busy 24/7)
their "onlinesupport" is always offline.
They are a scam. they will send you a defective product and then ignore you. I am calling my credit card company to report them and try to at least get my money back.

"I ordered the 28" Fastest Electric RC Boat - the Syma Electric Powered Wind Speed Radio Remote Control RC Boat and it did not have the telescopic antenna that goes with the remote. I have tried to call their listed customer service number and it is always busy and after about 15 tries I gave up and started sending emails... after 4 emails and no response I suspect that all hope is lost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."

"I ordered 3 tanks and a helicopter from these guys for Christmas. I didnt check them items out before I wrapped them as they were brand new in the box. On Christmas morning, my son and my two nephews opened their tanks and ALL THREE were broken! two didnt shoot air soft, one of those two only turned left, the other only turned right and the third didnt even have a charging wire installed!!! And then the kicker... I opened a n R/C helicopter for me and the tail rotor motor was broken and would not work at all. 4 items ordered... 4 items received broken. Cannot get them to respond via email, chat or phone calls. STAY AWAY!!!!!!"

"I just found out that Raiden Tech is the same as Xhelli.com, I purchased a new erazor 450 RTF helicopter for my husband's christmas present, he received the item used, damaged, missing parts and parts are scraped. They packed-up the used item and sold for a new price. Unfortunately, I paid $160.00 for the heli. We are trying to resolve this problem. There customer service is stink. Thats why they have the lowest prices in the internet to attract more customers, then they mail defective or used merchandise. It is hard to believe this company excess. I am reporting to Business Bureau, Amazon, and others. Please stay away from them. I will give you the updates."

"This company is fraudulent. I purchased an Rc plane from them. They apparently have more than one company name. I Google the address for nitro planes.com and came up with this company name. Looked at the reviews and its the same horrible reviews for both companies. Anyways I got a plane that the wings folded up in flight. There was no wing spar, I found this to be quite odd for an edf jet Rc plane. I called the customer service and emailed the tech department and was reassured by both that this set up worked for the company pilots with no problem. Well this was not true in my case. The wings folded on the first flight. I have tried repeatedly to get a refund and I get Hung up on after hours on hold to talk to someone for two minutes. I have called everyday for two weeks and get the same guy. Once he figures out that its me he hangs up on me. I have emailed the tech department explaining that I called upon reviving my plane, that I followed the directions to a t and what happened, and the response," we don't cover crashes, have a nice day". This company is a scam, sham, fraudulent, and over all the owner should be arrested for fraud and theft of honest hard working hobbiers that just don't want to pay an ARM and a leg for stuff. But ill tell you this, I will gladly pay an ARM or leg for a product I know will work as advertised, and for some Damn customer service."

"This place is a scam. The products are cheap crap....they don't work when they show up. Then you have to pay to ship items back when you already paid shipping for an item that was defective. Called and waited on hold for 30 mins twice and gave up. On the third try, I was on hold for 30 mins and finally got through to someone. Everything is a scam. I don't know why I didn't read the reviews on this company before purchasing. Big mistake on my part! Hopefully others will do their homework first and not order through them!"

"I ORDERED A PANTHER TANK THAT WHEN RECIEVED THE TRANSMITTER DID NOT WORK. I TRIED E-MAIL WITH NO RESPONCE I CALLED PHONE ALWAYS BUSY, I TRIED USING THE CHAT ONLINE IT IS NEVER ONLINE. AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS I FINALLY GOT TO TALK TO A PERSON IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHO SAID HE WOULD SEND A NEW TRANSMITTER WHICH IS VERY EASY FIX FOR ME AND I APPRECIATE. I WAS THEN NOTIFIED THAT I WOULD NOT RECIEVE IT UNTILL 4-6 WEEKS I HAVE SINCE ASKED TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TO SEE IF I COULD PURCHASE A DIFFERENT TANK AT A DISCOUNT WITH NO RESPONCE I HAVE E-MAILED 6 TIMES STILL NO RESPONCE. DO NOT EXPECT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES."

" I received my RC tank with a few minor broken plastic parts. It runs fine but there is a screw rattling around inside of the chassis which is likely the reason the airsoft gun doesn't work. Emailed them with no response and of course the phone is always busy. I just ordered two tanks from banana hobby and I believe I will never use raidentech again. It is a shame as I am just getting into RC products and expect to spend a lot of money on these things.
I can't rate the return process as they won't answer emails or phonecalls to allow me to judge them.

"Do not order from this company!!!!!

I ordered a R/C model tank. It arrived broken. Shipping box was not damaged. Product was improperly packaged at factory and destroyed before it left warehouse. Raidentech did take the item back but sent me a replacment in the same condition. They say they only offer (1) return to each coustomer. There is no mention of this policy on website, they say they offer 100% satisfaction. This is not the case. They refuse to take this junk back and refund my money. Given the other complaints on this board this appears to be serial behavior. Shipping damaged goods to innocent folks. Have nothing to do with this company or any of its sister companies. Thye have invented a clever way of getting rid of defective product.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM RAIDENTECH. I ordered 4 RC Tanks for Christmas gifts. Received and tried one, didn't work--nothing. Called and was on hold 20 minutes, and was told to try another tank, and charge batteries full 12 hrs the if they didn't work, I could return. We charged batteries, tried tanks and nothing. Paid $35 to return the defective merchandise, and after many calls, Raidentech refunded 70%, kept 30%. Their "customer service" said they withheld the original shipping to us. So it cost me $98 just to look at the non working tanks. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their 100% guarantee is not true."

"This company is TERRIBLE!!! Do not buy from them!!! I purchased New!!! Smoking German Panther 1/16 Radio Remote Control RC Airsoft Battle Tank w/ Smoke and Engine Sound for total 114$. I received tank with broken remote control. Called company (make sure you pick choice 1 like new customer who is buying, otherwise they not going to pick up your phone!!!!) got RMA number send tank back to them for 18$. After week and half I received new tank with broken remote control again. It was broken the way I don't believe it happened by shipping company. Box and Styrofoam was perfectly fine without any sign of damage and remote was broken inside. I called Raiden tech and requested refund, because I cannot afford keep shipping back broken item for 18$ every time.
They where rude to me and told me that it is not their fault because they only ship from factory and I was told that their policy is every customer is allowed only ONE RETURN!!!!! I said it is impossible, that they just keep sending broken stuff and I also wanted know where in their policy such nonsense is. They did not answer, because it is not there!!!
Finally I got sick of them and call my bank to deal with it...

"OMG! I sure wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Lesson learned. Ordered a boat for my son for his birthday. Stopped working about 3 uses!! $130 boat! My son was so upset. Then they don't even pay for the shipping to send it back nor they refund the shipping you pay in the first place. Now, I'm out $50 just in shipping cost. I hate this place and I will NEVER order from them again. Phone is always busy and their live chat always say "Back Shortly". Read the find print before ordering. They should be turned into the BBB!!"

"Purchaseed - World's Smallest Voice 72P-80-ThumbCam Recorder/Camera w/ 2GB Mini

After receiving my purchase by UPS I did a reply to the sale invoice to the sales department with the following:

Hello,

Mine came missing the 2G mini SD Card and maybe other parts, I can't tell. The Mini DV box was actually open inside the UPS packaging box when I unpacked it. I hooked it up to my computer and loaded the driver, but nothing appeared to work. I think I probably need to have a memory card installed for it to work. I am disappointed to say the least. I bought this product using my PalPay credit card and PayPal does a good job of insuring purchases to their customers and going after or banning companies who cheat their customers. I am not sure what might have happened, but I apper to have recieved a product that may have been returned by a previous customer and may be damaged or missing parts.
