"Ordered an ESC from them and paid $8.45 for UPS Shipping from there drop down choices for shipping.
Recieved tracking number from US postal service instead of UPS. Sent them an e-mail complaining and the responce was we ship everything US Postal service. It cost them $ 2.45 to ship item so they made an additional $ 6.00 of me with slower shipping.
Im done with this company, NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS !

"I purchased the Exceed RC Dune Buggy for a Christmas '09 present and after only the first run, the motor has seized up and the car will no longer operate. The Technical Support rep admitted that it sounded like a piece was missing, but because we purchased it more than 30 days ago, no matter that it was a Christmas present, they will not do anything about it. We then were told to contact Customer Support who said we ordered the item too early (11/16/09) and they will not do anything even though the item was not used until the day after Christmas. This is not a cheap toy, $160.00 total, so I urge you NOT to purchase this vehicle and especially do not purchase from Raiden Tech. "

"Very poor customer service.
I never received an instruction manual for rc jet.
called for one, they said they would send to me right away. still have never received to this date. I assemble the plane by info I researched online. The receiver or servos were damaged according to them because I turned on the power to the plane before the remote. They told me this is common knowledge and I should have known. I told them this is the first rc product I have purchased and I got inpatient waiting for the instruction manual that they never sent me to this date. I will never deal with this company again. BUYER BEWARE

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL>.. we bought an RC ride on car from them. It shipped fast, but the next day after arrival, the sound system stopped working completely. We complained to Raiden Tech and asked for support to fix it, but they refused to provide any support and upon a lot of insistence, gave a $20 discount coupon. A week after, the car stops and runs randomly, possibly because of a loose connection but raiden tech is providing no support at all. They flatly refused to provide any technical support and also said that there is no warranty on anything we buy from them. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. aka Intelspy.com I bought a DVR PCI card & shipped it 2nd day air. It arrived with a mini CD that was blank. Requested another, rush. It arrived 4 days later & the critical instuctions & documents were unreadable. Chatted online with their support, they were rude & not motivated to help me. They made multiple promises to get the Docs I needed but never came through. I got an email from support finally, who sent me docs in Korean. When I replied that I need english they said they don't have them in English! What a run around. I finally found forums where people had similar issues and I did get the docs I needed, no thanks to them. they have no website to download drivers or docs either! I will never by from them again. Intelspy is Raidentech. The Support emails came from Raidentech.com. After looking at Raidentech.com I saw my item for $10 less to boot! I did not even bother calling them. Lesson learned!"

"I agree with the others who recommend not buying from this store. I ordered a set of five mini Shen Qi Wei R/C cars clearly advertised (in big letters) on their website as having five different frequencies. This is important since no two cars can run on the same frequency. Instead of five different frequencies, I received three (3) 57 MHz and two (2) 40 MHz cars, which means I could only run two of the five cars at the same time (one 57 MHz and one 40 MHz). The other three were basically worthless.

I paid postage to return the items, expecting this company to ship the proper replacements. They instead cancelled the order and refunded only the amount for the cars. I'm now out a total of $34 (the original $21 shipping amount paid plus the $13 required to return the items to them) with absolutely nothing to show for it.

"When I placed my order I specifically asked for a remote control boat that IS NOT 40mhz. They sent a 40mhz boat anyway. Useless! I wanted to use it with another boat that has that mhz. After trying and trying to call I finally got through. What should have been a 3 minute phone call took 10 minutes because they kept putting me on hold. They said I needed to mail the boat back and call them back with the tracking number. Call them back! Jeesh what a pain. They said if I did this a new boat could be sent right away and I would be refunded my shipping costs for returning the boat. I did what they said. After many attempts to reach them on the phone the second time I finally got through. They said they won't refund the shipping until they receive the package and that I would have to call back AGAIN once they receive it and then they would CONSIDER refunding the shipping. What!!? Who runs a business like this? Sure their prices are cheap but it's not worth the hassle. I'll spend the few extra bucks next time and buy from a reputable place. Good luck if you choose to ignore this."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered a Falcon 40 helicopter on 12.28/07. I received an email confirmation from Raidentec indicating my helicopter will be delivered 1/2/08. I also received a shipping confirmation from UPS On 12/31/07 my credit card was charged. On 1/2/08 I received an email informing me the helicopter was backorder for 1 week. (Keep in mind they have already charged my credit card.) Today I called and was informed the helicopter remains on back order with no certain delivery date. Having read all the poor reviews from this company I cancelled the order. When I asked for a cancellation number I was told that the RMA department must process the credit and they will send an email in a few days.
I'm sorry I did not read the ratings before. Do not order from this poor service company.

"This was my second order for replacement parts for the first order. Self inflicted damage because I was told it would be ready to fly. I found my product to be what I expected but really thought it would have had better documentation about the heli and possible replacement parts and adjustments being a beginner I am. but I guess that is lost in translation. I placed my second order to be shipped UPS 3 day only to find out I was charged 13.00 for it to come USPS. (should be half this cost) Placed the order on 12-8-07 and recieved confirmation on the same day. The email says I should be able to track it in 24-48 hours. What a joke!! Today 12-12-07 I was able to track this only to find out it just left yesterday. I also will not order from this site. My first warning should have been not seeing a address or company name on the site. I do plan to file a formal complaint with my local state attorney's office and with BBB mainly because of the advertised 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. For all those who have had good service, your the minority not the majority from what I am seeing. I am taking my money to a better place!!"

"I just made my first order with Raidentech. Aware of the hit-or-miss issues some were having, but knowing that my order was straight forward (an RTF heli + spare blades) and that if these people were totally a sham they'd have lost their merchant accounts with credit card companies long ago, I made my order.

The heli and blades were shipped out _that day_ with a UPS number given to me and I received in the mail yesterday via ground UPS. Everything was there, and execution was flawless.

I appreciate the problems some have, but just as I'd not hold a car salesman accountable if the new car I bought just blew its transmission (not really his fault), one shouldn't hold raidentech accountable if a known, enclosed new item can't fly because it's just a piece of junk although returns, order process, etc. of course raidentech or any merchant is entirely responsible for, but on the net do your research for products THEN buy them. If it was a local hobby store, I'd pay a premium but their name would be behind what they sell; that isn't on the net, so don't expect it to be.

"I have re-ordered at least 5 different times from RaidenTech, and they are always Prompt shippers.. the material is well packed and communications via e-mail always prompt in reply. The web site and ordering process is really streamlined and easy to use. and they made good on a RC Motor immediately which had a shaft that was non-standard, sne a replacement for free right away.. Some times I get stuff in just two days on regular UPS Ground.. and tho at times it is hard to reach them by phone on the tech support line .. once you have them on line they are VERY helpful. I like Raidentech and recommend them to anyone wanting to save a few $$. "

"Well back in May I ordered some parts from raidentec Two 400 motors that I had been sent burnt out on start up, so I sent them back.They checked them out and said they would send me replacements.It is now the 11/10 07 still no sign of my replacment motors.It has now gotten to the stage that any email I send to them is abusive as when they said they would send me the replacements they changed the motors to something totally different than the 400 motors that I had ordered they sent me a tracking number for these and Ha when I tried to track them there was no record of the tracking number so another abusive email to them.They have put some money back into my bank account only because the motors they had supposedly sent me are worth half of the 400Ts,but still no motors,it is now 5 months on, so I guess the only thing I can do now is to keep sending them abusive emails,I can only say that there is no way in the world I will ever deal with this company again and suggest if you are thinking of buying or have bought off them Im sure you will get the same raw deal if you have a problem with any merchandise you may buy from them"

"WARNING: Do not buy from this internet fraudster. I ordered Roxio Creator 9 Suite, as shown on their website, yet they sent me an inferior Roxio Creator 9 XE, which comes as freeware with some other DVD writer software. I verified this information with a Roxio sales representative. I'ver made multiple calls to their "Customer Support" number yet no one answers..must be at the beach, therefore I contacted my creit crad company and have disputed the charge. UPDATE: It's now 08/16/07, two later and I still have not received what I ordered after 7 emails back and forth and a whole bunch of BS from this company. AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!"
