"I bought 3 airplanes and 1 tank from RaidenTech. The 3 airplanes are not airworthy and crash after about 5 seconds of what can barely be described as flight. As for the tank, parts literally were breaking off as I removed it from the styrofoam packaging (I kid you not). The tank broke after 20 minutes of use and emitted a burning electronics odor."

"Not sure if this review will make it since I cannot find the invoice # for my J-3 Cub that I ordered from Raidentech..

In case it does: I ordered a J-3 Cub for what seemed a too good to be true price. I did actually get the plane within a few weeks. However, the plane DID not work. When I put the throttle on MAX, it dies.

I e-mailed Raidentech numerous times and never got a single response.

I would NEVER do business with them again due to the fact that if you do have a problem, it is almost impossible to contact them.

STAY AWAY.

" I purchased a B-29 Bomber Plane also with a Dragon Fly Helicopter and a 40 Admiral Speedboat. I purchased them on the 19th of March and didn't receive them until the 26th of March because of UPS. I can't tell you how happy I am. Everything arrived in Perfect Condition. I drove the boat and it works Great.I flew the Helicopter and still have to assemble the B-29.Can't Wait. I will definitely order again from Raiden Tech. I like the selection of items. "

"My wife purchased an RC blimp as a gift on Dec 6. When the package was opened on Christmas, one battery was dead, the ballast "putty" was completely hard, and the unit was too heavy to be lifted by the mylar envelope provided. (Two different helium fills.)

Phone calls and e-mails to Raidentech were unanswered for 9 days. The 30 day return deadline was approaching.

We eventually notified the credit card company to dispute the charge. This required that we send the unit back and show proof of shipment. On Jan 3, Raidentech e-mailed an RMA number ... after we'd mailed the unit back.

Raidentech ended up charging us 15% to "restock" this stale, defective product. We're out that plus several dollars shipping.

But they made a profit by shipping and restocking defective merchandise.

"Buyers beware! It was a nightmare from the moment I placed order to the moment goods received! Products were received at the last minute. They did not work. When I attempted to cintact company to replace/repair product phone was never answered. No one ever answered emails and I could not obtain an RMA # to return product. I then disputed purchase on my credit card due to lack of response on their part. They addressed this by placing an unauthorized charge on the credit card I had initially used to place order. This took over 6 months to resolve. "

"These guys are a JOKE! I purchased r/c airplane/boat/car 3 in 1 for my son for Christmas. It has never worked. They will not answer the phone. They will not return my phone call when I leave a message. They will not reply to my e-mails (which have been very polite up to this point). The toy is a piece of CRAP. It has never been operated, yet it is coming all to pieces. I ended up buying a nice r/c plane from Hobbbytown (which is a well made product with service)so my son would have a Christmas present that he could actually use. I guess I've learned an expensive lesson. Learn your lesson from me; spend a little extra and get a good product with actual "people" to help you instead of wasting time and money on foreigners with junk who call themselves "Raidentech". "

"Very disatified with this dealer. Placed order on 12-4-05. Package data was transmitted to Fed-Ex on 12-5-05 and credit card was charged for the order.
When the order was not received by 12-13-05 tried to call but only got busy signal. Sent e-mail same day and no response was received. Called again on 12-15-05 and got through to Norman. He thought is was funny that order still was not shipped and they also had our money. He said
they were behind and working like "hell" to catch up on orders and ours should ship by the following Tuesday. Guess what, no order and fed-ex tracking still had same info as before. On 12-27-05 called them again and got good old Norman. Advised him that shipping info still said the same thing and his response was "bummer". At that time he was told to cancel order and we were told credit would be made to our credit card in 2-3 days. Received confirmation from them stating order was cancelled and full refund due. Guess what. Still no credit to charge card. Tried to call again on 1-6-06 and reached answering machine. Left message and no one returned our call. Tried several more times that day and did not reach a human. The saying "Buyer beware" certainly fits this outfit. Their customer service is the worst we have ever encountered and Norman thinks it is all funny.
***Do not buy anything from these people!!!!!!!!!

"After several emails and "trying" to contact them via phone. I still haven't received my order that was made on Dec 4. I started looking around at tRaiden Tech's reviews (after I ordered how stupid that was...) and I found out something. Anyone interested in ordering from Raiden Tech. go to the Better Business Bureau and check out their rating "F"irst."

"I ordered a brushless motor and ESC through Raidentech at 3PM on a Thursday afternoon for a Friday delivery...I called prior to see if they'd rush it through...and while I was on the phone I placed the order via their online store.

The very cool salesperson (Norman) walked the order through while I was on the phone. I had a FedEx confirmation an hour later, and the order in my hands the next day.

This wasn't my first purchase from Raidentech, and after reading some of the other reviewer's experiences I was hesitant. My first order was filled the same day, and I received it 2 days later by UPS Ground, well-packed and complete.

Raidentech has definitely proven themselves to me. I hope they keep up the good work, and I'll certainly be using them in the future.
