"I'll be honest - I was concerned about buying from Rjtech. It's a small company, and I'd heard horror stories that almost drove me to buying from a major retailer, but I'm exceptionally happy that I followed through with them instead. I got a Clevo W150ERQ Complete Series with a matte screen and without an OS or CD drive (removing it saves $20, and I haven't really used a CD drive in years). After placing my order, I thought I'd made an error with my shipping address (I hadn't) and spammed their customer service with worried emails about it. They got back to me promptly and were very helpful. The product itself arrived in perfect condition after a few anxious days, and five months later it's still running perfectly without so much as a dead pixel. Would highly recommend.

I ordered the P370EM-3D barebone from RJTech about a month ago. After I made the purchase, I was suddenly informed that this machine is temporarily out of stock. However, the guy at the order department was very helpful and friendly. He apologized for the inconvenience, helped me upgrade the delivery speed and also gave me a free carry bag.
One week ago, I was so happy when I finally received this laptop barebone and put in my separately purchased components. This machine is marvelous. The specs speak for themselves. Rubberized finish feels very comfortable and the screen frame is no longer glossy! Heatsinks and fans look pretty solid as long as you don't OC too much. And the most amazing part for me is the 120Hz 1080p Matte display. Didn't know a high refresh rate display can improve visual experience so much!
Two minor complains:
1. The touch pad was improved compared to previous Clevo models, but due to whatever reason, still not that smooth to use.
2. The back light of key board is only visible in dark environment. In normal daylight, it's almost unnoticeable.

Their staff has been very easy to work with and as far as I know they are one of the only Clevo resellers that offer barbone systems. Always responsive as well as honest about product availability and flexibile when asking for non standard purchase requests or custimizations.

"I've ordered 2 laptops from them and both times have had an excellent experience. They are willing to work with you, and even swapped out a higher wattage power adapter (for free!) when I bought a CPU which had a TDP higher than the laptop supports. Haven't had a single problem with them, and they've been prompt with both responses to questions and shipping the actual products.

Oh, and, you know. Cheapest price around. That's kind of good too. I even buy the CPU with the whitebook, because they have a good selection and the prices are extremely competitive with the few sites that sell a decent variety of mobile CPUs.

The only thing that would improve my experience with them was if they had a better price on international shipping. It's cheaper for me to take the free continental US shipping and then have a friend mail it to me internationally, which is a slight inconvenience. But it's one that I often have to deal with, being an ex-pat, so it's certainly not a dealbreaker. Heck a lot of sites don't even allow international shipments."

I ordered a Barebones laptop from RJ Tech, I wanted to use USPS to ship to Canada instead of UPS because UPS has ripped me off in the past with additional charges that equal to 50% of an item's cost. They notified me right after I ordered my part that USPS has temporarily banned shipping of Li-on batteries, and advised that I use UPS so I get get my laptop with the battery. I explained to them my phobia to UPS and asked if I could cancel my order and try to reorder next time i'm in the US.

I calculated that shipping duties and UPS fees to get the $500 part to me in Canada would be $200, almost half of the price of the barebones laptop!

They promptly refunded my money soon as I explained my problem. :)"

"I ordered my Clevo M860TU from R&J Technology over three years ago and it has really stood the test of time. I got a great deal because I was able to build for myself a laptop for less than $2000 that, at the literally beat out $4000 laptops. For a short amount of time, it was faster than any stock laptop sold by any major retailer or manufacturer in the world. I was quite happy then, and after three years of tons of travel, endless gaming, heavy duty computing, extreme climates, extreme elevations, tons of drops and general sitting in a college backpack while being thrown around type of wear; it still operates like a beauty and I know only one person, personally, that has a faster laptop than this three year old beast. I am about to buy a new laptop barebones from them soon because I am so happy about my current one. "This place is amazing. I saved hundreds on a laptop by buying from rjtech. The build quality is rock-solid, unlike many big-brand machines that feel flimsy. Customer service responded quickly when I had a question about the order process.

However, take note of a few things before you make your order. If you order a custom configuration, it can take up to a week for rjtech to assemble it; pay for rush service if you want your laptop faster. Also, their RAM prices are highway robbery, but every computer place does this. Just buy the sticks from newegg and install them yourself.
