"I received my HP 53X toner on 3/20/18 and opened it up and it rained toner all over the place. The cartridge was leaking toner like crazy. The item arrived in an absolutely unacceptable condition. Quickship is listed with a 93 percent approval rating and I was not expecting to be part of the remaining 7 percent. The order process was very easy. I ordered on the 3/19/18 in the afternoon and received it on 3/20/18. Sent the complaint on 3/21/18 and to date I have not heard from them. I am very disappointed. I had a huge mess to clean up and at the end of the day, I still need to purchase toner. Can not recommend--so disappointed."
