2 bad toner cartridges and never received promised replacements

"Bought a pg240xl for my canon back on April 18 as a backup because I never want to run out. Put it in the printer this month and it wasn't printing properly after trying several maintenance options. Ordered a replacement through you (wasn't even going to ask for reimbursement) on August 9 and my printer would not recognize it. It kept stating wrong cartridge for printer. I called customer service and the operator stated she would expedite 2 cartridges to me and to throw out the 2 bad ones. Well, It will be a week Monday and I still do not have my cartridges. I went to Staples today, because I couldn't wait anymore. Will never buy through Quikshiptoner again."

Extremely satisfied!

"I was already looking for an obscure and hard to find printer-ribbon, so when I found it on Quickshiptoner I was surprised, but was worried it wouldn't actually be in stock. So I called customer service, and they were extremely helpful and were able to tell me that it was indeed in stock. It was shipped very fast and packed even better. Will definitely be going here first for all my printer needs for now on.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I ordered a product on 06/26/2018 and paid extra to have it delivered by 06/27/18 as advertised in bold red font at checkout. I was automatically charged double - red flag #1. I called customer service right away, a female representative corrected the order instantly, removed the double payment to single payment, and took off the shipping and handling fees as a courtesy for their screw up. I received an email the next day saying that the order was shipped out and would be delivered 06/28/18 instead of 06/27/2018, the date that I originally paid extra money for - red flag #2. I called again, a male representative apologized and said it was shipped out that morning and should be there by the end of 06/28/2018. On 06/28/2018, I received another email that said the order was shipped that morning, NOT the morning before, and would be delivered JULY 03,2018, over a week later - red flag #3. I called them again and spoke to another male representative. At this point, I was almost certain that this was a scam. He looked up the order and said that it was indeed scheduled to be delivered 07/03/2018. He said that there was nothing he can do, and offered to send out another shipment expedited that I would have to pay full price for, again - red flag #4. I was furious at this point and demanded to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor looked up the order and said the original female representative screwed up. I told him I would have never ordered from them if I had known they partake in false, misleading advertising because I could have just as easily purchased it through Amazon and had it within 2 days. I explained that I run a medical office and that I can't print, fax, scan, or copy without the toners and I can't close the office for a week because of their incompetence. He replied that he can send me another shipment overnight but would have to charge me full price - red flag #5. I asked why their website took money for expedited shipping, he said "I DON’T KNOW." SCAM!!!!!

Businesses should NOT advertise false, misleading information to consumers and charge them extra for shipping when they do not offer it, and they should NOT post misleading delivery dates and charge over $50 for overnight shipping that they DO NOT offer and then offer to send it overnight only IF the customer pays even more. They mishandled the entire situation and were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their supervisor should be fired, as well as the representatives for incompetence and unprofessionalism. They also should not SCAM customers by charging them DOUBLE or whatever they want and hope that the customers won't notice. They took off the shipping and handling and sent it regular mail - which was ALSO advertised with the same delivery date of 06/27/2018 - as retaliation because I caught their scam and called right away and demanded they return the double charge. Their handling of the case and their business practices are grossly shameful. They should be investigated for fraud.

"Easy to find both OEM and off-brand cartridges, and shipping is quick. The compatible cartridges haven't given my OKI 531dn any problems, and are significantly cheaper than the originals. "

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

"This company is a complete ripoff! According to their website the ink cartridge I ordered was compatible. When it arrived I did as any normal person would do and opened the package to replace the ink cartridge only to find that the cartridge was not compatible. When I contacted the company to ask how to return and get a refund I was told sorry, no preference returns. Hello! How is it a "preference" when all I want is a product that is compatible, which I understood would be the case since I relied on their website to make my purchase. All I could get even from a supervisor was sorry, if you opened the product there's nothing we can do about it. This place needs to be shut down!!! They tell you they'll have someone with authority to call and resolve your issue but you NEVER get a call. I'm telling everyone I know not to use this ripoff artist masquerading as a company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

"I ordered Lexmark ink advertised in a factory sealed box. I received two separate unboxed cartridges from A THIRD PARTY LIQUIDATING VENDOR. Quik ship uses other vendors to fill their orders! The Ink will not fit in my printer. They are not going to refund me either. DO NOT USE THEM!!"
