Found a part extremely hard to find

"These guys found me a **** for a 65 Mustang, my dad was looking for this for a long time now. Took a little longer to get here than they initially offered. Looks reasonably good for the age. Overall happy with the service. Definitely will be my go-to guys "

Transmission

"I ordered a transmission on 2/17/21. They lied to me at least twice. About sending it to the repair shop. I never received a tracking number from them . I will never order anything from them again. And if I were anybody else. I wouldn't order anything from them either. They are abunch of scam artists . And lies and frauds."

"THESE GUYS TELL YOU YOUR PARTS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE SO YOU HAVE TO BUY IT FROM THEM AND THEN SELL YOU THE WRONG PART DONT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS THEY TOOK MY MONEY ONLY GAVE PARTIAL BACK NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!! Worst sales guy in a long time

"Normally I wouldn’t even bother writing a review but after Frank pulled out the stops I felt it necessary. I run a successful business and if someone ever did this I would fire them instantly. If he’s the owner which he claimed to be I would be ashamed and embarrassed. Thank goodness I didn’t buy anything. I hope no one ever buys anything from these people ever. I asked to see the pictures of the part or a number to make sure it was correct and he just wanted me to buy it. I told him I would call if I needed any further. He started texting me at 530 am and even after telling him I wasn’t going to do business with him he continued to text me, basically calling me a liar and then acting like he’s some great business man, who can’t spell or do simple math, telling me he had 1400 stores but only around 500 regular customers?? I’m just going to post the texts and let you judge yourself. ABSOLUTELY DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!

I reviewed your company and found lots of complaints on how you deal with customers including how you responded to me. I've decided to go elsewhere for my needs. "I called Frank to price the availability and cost of a CV Axle to my Mercedes R350. I told him that I would call him back if I needed the part from his company. Frank called me once and said that we only deal with serious customers. He later sent two emails. The first one: Do you really need one??, my reply: I found one for $96.00 cheaper to include shipping.  Thanks for following up., His second reply: Never mind we sell Quality not garbage, God Bless. It was not necessary to respond to the last message. Quality Auto Parts just potentially lost a large group of customers because of A**HOLES like Frank Wilson. Please reprimand and get rid of that GARBAGE."

Quality part Brilliant service

"This is from a middle-aged Lady who is sick of been ripped off
After failing a WOF from VTNZ for a broken back seatbelt latch I rang around to find a replacement
The prices differences were huge
I decided to go to Quality parts because they had my make of vehicle in stock
The service Technician was professional and kind The part was like new and the price was a lot less than I was quoted from other dealers.
I went away with a smile on my face knowing that if I ever need another part of my vehicle I am going straight back there to get it And VTNZ were very happy too

"Overall it turned into a great experience. When I received the hood and it was wrong (I approved the pictures), they sent me a return form with which shippers to use to return the hood. After i shipped the hood back at my expense (it was my fault) I received a phone call saying they wouldn't accept the hood back because I approved the pictures. After explaining the situation with Godfrey they agreed to refund me minus $100. Very fair considering I made the mistake on the pictures. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!! Thanks again Quality Auto Parts! Especially the understanding of Godfrey!"

"Ordered heater/AC switch for 94 Buick that I couldn't find locally. sent one that had issue but replaced with a good one quickly at no extra expense to me. great customer service. Sean phoned to make sure part was right and worked. I will be doing business with again and recommend.

"Ordered and received the exact transmission needed. Pan was damaged so we used the pan off the old one to replace it. Got contacted by them and told them about the pan and they refunded $60usd for my cost to do the replacement of the pan. Happy customer."

DONT USE THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION

"I was looking for a fender for my 2007 Tahoe. Simple right? I was contacted by this company during my search. I was assured they had a fender in white and could ship right away. So after some debate back and forth I agreed and send my payment information. Two months went by, several e mails assuring me the part would be sent in 72 hrs. I finally got a email with a pictureof a fender for approval . I approved the part. Part gets delivered to the mechanic who was putting fender on for me. Unfortunately I was not able to get to shop to see fender. Dont make same mistake.
The fender clearly was not the fender in the picture. My mechanic did the best he could to clean it up. However the fender was damaged and would need painting. This was going to cost me another $500. I spent the same on the fender. I contacted the company to find out the picture sent to me was from several years ago. Really???? Does no one check this???
So now I am in it for $500 for fender , $185 to put fender on and now $500 to repair. During the initial debate with this company I had discussions on cost versus repair current fender , or get cheaper after market and have painted. I was assured THIS IS A QUALITY PART
Now started the apologizes back stepping on the service side of this company. I even a month earlier was sent a email from the CEO asking if I was satisfied with my purchase!remind you I had not received the part when I got her email. Now they dont have a replacement and offered $200 refund (Im 1200 in hole) Then say we will pick up fender next day when I turn down their gracious offer. The message came in at 530 pm. So now im going to pay another 185 to remove and replace . WHAT A JOKE
The next round of calls I finally agree to a 250 refund as I have wasted enough time and energy and figure something beats nothing. I check my bank and they only refund $200
DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST, POORLY MANAGED COMPANY. BTW I e mailed the CEO during all this and never a single response ...speaks volumes Ohh I couldn't give 0 stars

"They shipped and the light two separate times and never got it correct.Now I have in my possession two separate lights that do not fit my car and they told me they want to discontinue shipping meet Parts because they realize they cannot get it correct even though I gave them the Vin number. I told him I want my money back and they want me to pay for shipping going back to them they are crooks they are cheaters they are bad suppliers of parts. I even dealt with a supervisor Wendell Said he would call me back the next day and never did I waited for three days and he never called"

" I order a fan assembly for a 2008 VW beetle they gave me the runaround about them sending it they can’t find my place I never got into any confirmation emails from them it’s all fraud. Do not give them your credit card number!!"

Absolute Ripoff

"I purchased a spindle knuckle for 1999 Dodge RT Dakota. Representative never said anything about the pressed hub being not covered in warranty. Neverless the hub was bad and I had to replace it because it had so much play in steering. I want to return it so they said 25% restock fee and get this, charging me shipping fee I am prepaying for shipping charge back to them. What I am saying is that they shipped it free and now the I am paying myself to ship back they now say the free shipping is no longer free. I paid $240.00. Now I get $148.00. Beware of this company because they will not work with you. It's a scam."
