"They sent me the wrong part twice! Then didn't give me a full refund"
"Bought used transmission from them, after many calls about returning it was given many guarantees that it would work, low a behold it doesn’t. Now I’m fight because I am out over 1000 dollars for install and have to have it removed which will cost me again to ship it back. This is a parts sourcing company and don’t believe anything they tell you about having parts on hand or then testing them. If I could give a negative star I would. Do not do business with them. Lesson learned on my end and hope this helps anyone else from this headache."
"Ok I now realize that I should have researched this company before I tried to do business with them, I was looking for a motor and they responded with an engine quote, I gave them a offer and they made a counter offer, but I had a budget and told them no, so they finally accepted the offer and took my credit card info and said they were filling the order, so some 6 days later I had heard nothing and called asking about my part when they said it was no good and that the only thing they could do was sell me another, well the first was 1800,then when a 90k motor was supposedly bad they wanted to sell another but wanted 2500, so they are just crooks, bait and switch and if I could give a negative stars I would, don't waste your time or money on these lying people "
"I was on the internet searching for my part. These guys solicited me, email me out of the blue just from looking on their site. Telling me that they DID HAVE MY PART. I called them back and get this RUDE rep! Sorry ma'am we don't have that part CLICK! How in the heck do you solicit me, and I call you, and you hang up in my face. Bad representation of customer service, online shopping. And you expect consumers to trust you with my vital information for a purchase????? How dare you. I see why people just pay hundreds at the dealership to avoid scams. Beware of this company> Not sure what games they are playing. They sounded very unprofessional to me and this one encounter has led me to believe that buying parts online as well as anything else is scary. You do not have the right to solicit people because they searched your website or searched for parts on the internet! Very scary company. Think twice before handing over your credit card information!."

"Your sales staff was very professional but when it came to receiving the part and noticing it was marked 2012 instead of 2013 I knew it was a problem. I reached out to the manager and he assured me that they would send the correct part . I received the same part again from them and it was marked 2012 after I sent photos of the part I wanted. I got tired of the hassle and requested for a refund so they made me pay for shipping the parts back and charge me a restocking fee for their screw up . I would not ever recommend this company to anyone looking for parts . "
"I asked for a part and I sent my VIN and pictures. I asked them to send me a pic of what they will be sending me and they did. It was not the right part and told them not to send it. Went back and forth over the phone with multiple people and while we were discussing what is the right part, they sent the wrong one anyway. Now they charged me 25% restocking fee plus shipping. They are crooks. Don't do business with them."

"I ordered a transfer case. They sent the wrong one and then blamed it on me.
I had the serial number in front of me but the parts idiot didn't even ask for it.
Then I had to pay return shipping and they said they had the correct one ready and available to ship once they recieved the other one.
They received the other one and not a word from them.
I contacted them and nothing.
I told them I wanted a refund, they kept 20% as a restocking fee.
Then a guy named Tom just kept on harassing me with emails.
I will say that I didn't speak to one person that could speak clear English, I suspect that these guys are in a foreign country and just resourcing parts.
The transfer case that they sent me that was wrong had sand in the vacuum port and the plug gor the electronic shift was
Very dirty.
So they sent me a piece of junk anyway.
I'm glad it was wrong and I didn't waste my time installing a piece of junk."
"I originally inquired about an axle for my Mazdaspeed 6. I asked a few questions and decided to hold off based on the bad reviews. I then inquired if I can get a better price because I was buying two parts that were very costly and honestly didn't have all the money. Instead of saying no they can't do that they sent me prices that were $50 higher. When I finally decided to proceed I try to pay through PayPal and it didn't work. So they decided to call me and tell me that I could pay them directly with a credit card which I did not feel comfortable doing. When I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that they called me a fraud and told me to never contact them again. On top of that they decided to continually harass me via text calling me a fraud and to never contact them again. Something is shady with this business I would stay away at all costs."
"Purchased a Radiator support and arrived broken and sent another wrong part. Now they are ignoring my messages and using covid as excuse to refund money. I do not recommend this company. They are really good selling and taking your money, but if something goes wrong you are in a bad position.
