"Robbery - This store apparently just took me for $425.41. I ordered a new lamp for my SANYO PLC-XP40 projector, including an additional 6 month warrantee. After several attempts to get a shipping date confirmed the online chat person informed me today that "there had been recent changes in management" and that I should have my credit card company "reverse the charges" My credit card company cannot do this. The company will not issue a credit. My credit card company further asked me to destroy my card and apply for a new one so this company cannot perpetrate any additional fraud. The BBB has given this company an “F” rating."
"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Read the reviews below. Either the company is totally incompetent or engaged with systematic fraud. I'm thinking the latter at this point. I think they assume people will forget they ordered something from them and/or not deal with hassle of a refund, which they only do in the form or a check (In this day and age, really!?). I placed an order for a projector lamp in May 2008 and have yet to receive a refund since asking for one in Jul 2008. One negative rating can be overlooked, but an overall rating of 1 out of 10 after 30+ reviews is telling. "

I ordered a replacement lamp on January 15 and have yet to receive it (March 3) and cannot obtain any information or even a response from them as to when or even if it will ship. Now, the website does not even provide a phone number so I can call and cancel my order. I am not looking forward to trying to get my money back!"
