"I ordered my Sony camcorder (and kit that I was talked into), on October 28th. I was told they were in stock and I should be receiving it in the next 7-10 days. After one week, I called to check on the order and was told they would send the camera out THAT DAY by the next fastest shipping method. One MORE week later, I get an Email stating that my camera kit was shipped out that day. I've been led on and I don't like it!!!! It took 14 days to ship with no mention of expedited shipping. They don't seem to know what's going on. "

I was never solicted to make additional purchases and never experienced any preasure. My camera arrived the day I was promised and was well packaged with a bubble device to protect it during handling. Very clever.

They offered a low price on the digital camera I was buying but it took five weeks to deliver it. They did not appear to even be interested in filling my order until I started calling repeatedly to find out where the order was. Based on conversations with the customer service representative, I also feel that they were not honest in the reasons they provided for the extremely long delay in shipping. If this had been my first internet shopping experience, I would be detered from ever buying on the internet again.
