"I ordered wedding favors. I had previously seen reviews stating that their shipping times were off so I didn't think much of not receiving my order when it was quoted for arrival at my residence. However, after a month- I tried to call the company. The number was disconnected. I e-mailed the company and got this automated email response stating that the company is no longer is business and that if I had an order that wasn't fulfilled, that I should send a letter requested a refund. I wrote a letter including a copy of the confirmation email I was sent and demanded a refund. I have yet to hear back from this company and I'm sure that I won't be refunded the 90 bucks I spent. The funny things is, I did all the right things- checked reviews on the BBB, checked other misc. reviews on other sites- nothing could have prepared me for this. I placed my order May 31st...."
"I have gone through the same thing. Ordered favors for my wedding back in January... They took my money... then told me it was on backorder until mid-August. Got on today to check to see that the backorder date was the same.... business is now shut down and all orders canceled... However... money was never put back into my account and no contact from the company or product was received. I am sending my letter requesting reimbursement today! Please write a post if you HAVE or HAVE NOT received reimbursement from this company so I can have an idea of what to expect? Thanks!

"VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY'S BEHAVIOR... I ordered favors for my 7/26 wedding, expecting delivery 6/23. I started calling 6/26 due to not receiving any packages. The telephone number was already discounted. As you may know there is a message at the website about writting for a refund. I did that, & sent the letter certified maild requesting a refund and it has not been signed for as of 7/9/14. Please let me know what U R doing to get a refund. A Class action suit may be in order... "

"Why did I not read reviews before placing 2 orders????? This is the worst experience I have had with online ordering. The website looks so great and the items are priced right, but I'm sure I will never see them in person. The canned emails are supposed to sound like a real person, but nothing ever gets resolved. I am extremely disappointed in this so-called company and myself for paying for something I'll never receive. Now I need to try getting reimbursed."
"Like others said on the reviews (I read the reviews after the bad service-ugh), I was sent a bogus email claiming there was a glitch at the factory and my order was not shipped. However, after my order I was sent an expected delivery date and that I would receive a tracking number. The tracking number was never sent. After I reached out to the company to have a tracking number I was sent the bogus email. The email made no statements on how to ship the item sooner to me. They offered my money back. However, I need to see it to believe it. The favors will not be here for the event unless they overnight it. This is what should have been offered as compensation. I called the company to resolve it but they are not currently answering phone calls!! Do not regret your decision by doing business here."
"I placed an order May 1st for my Bridal Shower Favours, and I have yet to receive anything yet- todays date is June 17th, 2014. Emails have gone back and forth, and basically I keep getting the run-around. Apparently the shipment has been shipped twice, and the owner-Scott, keeps saying how sorry he is, and how is waiting for a tracking number, and he is trying to locate the shipment, but nothing has really be done. Communication is terrible, he doesn't email you until you contact him. My money thankfully was reimbursed, but only because that was the right thing to do and I opened up a PayPal dispute. I am stuck with nothing but aggravation from this JOKE of a company. BEWARE- don't purchase anything from this company, because you won't end up with your shipment. You'll just feel aggravated, and harp on him for communication."
"I wish I would have paid heed to the negative reviews. I had the same experience with this company. My event was 6/14/2014. I placed my order on 6/3/2104, with the delivery date of 6/13/14. I had not received m order as of 6/13/14 and sent an email to ask why. I was told there was a glitch in the warehouse and my order had never shipped. They could not meet my deadline so I cancelled my order. I have yet to see if the money is refunded. Be warned..."
"BEWARE this "company" is a joke! Run by 1 person Scott/ Shawn! I placed my 1st order which was to be delivered May 5th I contacted them on the 6th as it had not arrived to be told that the item was on back order for another 2 weeks ( mind you the website still showed in stock) well 2 weeks later they arrived. I figured ok things happen I got them no big deal! HA, well i stupidly made another order for the same item June 2nd, delivery date June 12th. I contacted AGAIN only now they only communicate via email to be told that my order was marked shipped by mistake, Scott said that they have another company that could have items to me buy the requested date only they do not sell the mirrors WHAT GOOD IS THAT TO ME??? When I asked when the actual items i paid for would be shipped all communication on his end stopped all together. If you need items in a timely fashion for a even do NOT shop here! If I could give them zero stars I would because they do not even deserve a 1 star rating!"

Placed an order for wedding favors and a week before my wedding they finally got a hold of me after I reached out to them asking where my favors where and they said they have to refund me my money because they won't be able to get my order done on time. "I have read some negative reviews of this company and do want to say my experience with them has been a real good one. I ordered favors for my daughter's wedding and they were delivered exactly on time as promised. I was however not happy with the size of the favors though they were as pictured. I immediatly called the company around 6pm Est and Scott answered. He politely mentioned the size were displayed on their website which I must admit I erred in not checking. He patiently went through the items he had in stock that would meet what I was looking for, offered to refund me for the ones I didnt like and promptly sent out return instructions and placed a rush the next day on the new items I wanted in exhchange. Each time I wrote to him, I received a reply back within minutes which for any business person tells me he cares about his customers. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again!"
"I placed an order 10/17/13. Delivery WAS to be by 11/1. On 10/31 I called because I never got tracking only to find out that order had not shipped and could not even ship on 11/1 to deliver 11/2. My event was on 11/3. Well they credit the shipping and than was to be here Monday…Well Guess what it didn't ship. SO order was than cancelled….and do they only have one customer service rep? Shawn was very polite but he answered the phone each time I called.Maybe they should spend more money on hiring better shipping help."
"I went through several sites for party favors for our September wedding. Firstly , I ordered plastic bottles with named stickers through WrapWithUs. Horrible experience, stay away. In the special comments I put my request, which was ignore and customer service was not horrible, that is if they answered. I tried a few more sites and got to PriceWiseFavors. Firstly, great selection. Second, Great customer service, not a long wait and such a personal touch. I actually had an issue where the item I ordered turned out to be out of stock. The owner of the company called me himself to apologize and offered a few alternatives and expedited shipping. I got the items well before the wedding and loved it! I will def use this company again."
