"Bad Experience with the first time i ordered! I placed an order on the March 29th, Tueday. Since it was an order with personalized tags the processing time was 5 day so counting 5 business days the order should have been processed on 5th April. i had paid for 3 day delivery which ideally should have reached me by the 8th April Lastest. When i checked the order status on the 5th still showed that sent to warehouse for shipment. I call the customer service on the 6th and speak to Shawn. He said it will be processed today and will have the status updated. No changes till the 7th on the status. I call again and speak to the same Shawn who said is still waiting to hear back from the warehouse and needs a couple of hours. I asked him to call me back with the status. No one calls. I call back and again speak to the same person Shawn who now says that there are quality issues with the order and they are still trying to see if they will be able to ship out the order. I had a baby shower on the 9th of April and on the 7th my favors are still sitting in their warehouse and no one informed me or updated me till i called them. The only choice they gave me was that i could cancel my order which i did of course but how were they expecting me to arrange for the favors now in 1 day? Even with all these hassles there was no courtesy or apology.The only good thing was that i got my money refunded back. I will never ever order again through Pricewise favors especially because of the unprofessional and bad customer service. "
